Quiet high floor one bedroom/one and a half bathroom condominium in the Setai Tower on famous South Beach (Miami Beach) Florida with gorgeous unobstructed ocean views and a private balcony terrace.

Use of the 3 pools, fitness center, beach lounge chairs and valet parking is included.

***PLEASE NOTE: This rental condominium is not managed or owned by the Setai Hotel.

Daily housekeeping services are not offered by the owner, but may be available from the Setai Hotel subject to its terms and conditions. Guests are expected to keep the apartment tidy at the end of their stay.

This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with 2 smart TVs, free in-room high-speed Wi-Fi, oceanfront balcony, king size bed in master bedroom and convertible queen sofa in living room. One and a half bathrooms.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator, Gaggenau range and oven, Miele dishwasher and microwave. In-room security safe. Nespresso coffee maker. Washer and Dryer. The spacious master bathroom features a double sink vanity, toilet and bidet, whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. The floors are black slate.

Great last minute choice at The Setai!

Perfect 1 bedroom condo! We literally booked last minute and Kent was more than accommodating and in constant communication the entire time. Place was great and better than described. Great location and view. Very clean and all amenities you need, in the condo as well as the Setai. We go to Miami a few times a year and will definitely try and book this again.

The accommodations are as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most things in Miami and South Beach. The apartment is very well appointed and in excellent condition with stunning views. The Setai amenities (pools, gym and spa, ocean side chair and food service, valet parking, desk staff) were top notch. The Setai restaurants, Ajay and Ocean Grille, both had good food and good vibes. The host, Kent, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and attentive. We had two adults and two kids - plenty of space. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Spot

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was perfect; clean and well equipped with amazing views in both directions. The Setai property is exceptional. The gym is more than adequate and the pool and beach setup are awesome. The location is far enough away from the chaos, but close enough to easily enjoy all that South Beach has to offer. Our two teenage daughters had a great time and comfortably shared the pull out bed. Kent was great deal with - very friendly and responsive. We’d happily book another stay here in the future.

A quintessential Miami Beach moment.

The process was well organized and flowed without a hitch. Arrived at property keys were waiting with Kent accompanying us to the Unit. The check in was efficient and prompt. The unit has a wonderful view from all windows. It was a perfect home for the two of us. The Setai property is beautiful, sedate, offering the gamut of pools, gym, spa and restaurant. However it was the staff that was the highlight of our stay. Professional, welcoming and courteous.

Overall this is a great location. The beach and the pool are steps away. The unit was very neat and clean but an older style unit. Because we were in this unit, the ability for us to understand how to use the hotel services was stressful with the added service charge.
