Located in the beautiful Squier Park neighborhood. Squire Park is a historic neighborhood in midtown Kansas City, Missouri, USA. It encompasses sixteen blocks bounded by Armour Boulevard on the north, 39th Street on the south, Troost Avenue on the west, and Paseo Boulevard on the east. It is primarily a residential neighborhood, with businesses along Troost Avenue.

During your stay, you'll be renting both floors of the home therefore, you will have access to the entire duplex.

This home is a duplex and features two bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 full size beds on the second floor.

The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.

The house is very nice and was perfect for our group. The area itself is a little iffy, but was told by some uber and lyft drivers we were on the outskirts of the bad parts, so we were fine where we were at. Great location as far as getting around, only about 10 minutes from DT.

We had a great stay. There were 10 of us total, ranging from 1-60. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together or go off on our own. The host was responsive when we could not get the code to work on the upstairs unit and that was the only major problem we had. Would absolutely stay again, especially when it’s warmer out since there is a deck and a spacious back yard.

Well placed for Kansas City activities

The location was minutes to most of the main activities we had planned such as Casinos and Boulevard Brewery. We had lunch in the Crossroads and a dinner on the Plaza. All of this was less than 10 minutes from the house. The two separate apartments were great allowing areas congregate and another to be quieter and allow guests to rest without intrusion.

Great Place for a Sports Weekend

Nice space, a nice 100 year old home but had some good renovations to keep everything easy to use. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs units. 8 guys for a sports trip this place has everything you need, including a big driveway if you are bringing things for tailgating. Great location that was easy for transportation to and from everywhere. If I ever come back I would definitely consider staying there again.
