We stayed for only one night and were so disgusted we booked somewhere else even though we were booked for 10 days. The listing had a pin drop for the location in a totally different area and listed a completely different street. When the host finally gave us the correct address the area wasn’t where we wanted to be and wouldn’t have booked it had we known. When we entered the apartment we noticed it was in a complete state of disrepair. Tiles were missing from the shower floor and what looked like black mold along the bottom of the shower walls. The window in the bathroom had no screen and couldn’t be closed the latching mechanism was very corroded and didn't reach it’s counter part on the window frame so insects and other vermin could get in. It was also a security risk. All the taps were pitting and corroded. The patio doors were very difficult to open but once out we found a rusty old bbq and two old pool pumps. The chukum plastering on the plunge pool was flaking with large areas missing, a bracket for the sun shade was ripped out of the concrete and left dangling. In all the rooms there is staining on the walls from the air conditioning leaking. The windows in the bedroom had no screens so couldn’t be opened at night unless you wanted bats flying around the room. The kitchen cabinets had laminate peeling. The microwave was positioned on a wobbly shelf so high that my wife had to stand on a step ladder to use it.At 6 ft tall I had difficulty.Kitchen utensils were dirty
