Newly constructed large 4 Bedroom 3bathroom house with larger private yard, pool, billiard table and off street parking set this property apart. Located on a quiet street near Miami's Design District. Here you have the best of both worlds tranquility and privacy if you need it yet minutes away from anything worth doing in Miami.
The space
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 12 guests in 5 beds and 2 air mattresses. The 4th bedroom is both a TV room and bedroom. The couch turns into a queen bed.
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen and one twin (Sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and one twin (Sleeps 3)
- Bedroom 4: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS: All 3 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8 while the breakfast bar has seating for 2 and includes all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the modern pool and an outdoor patio featuring a propane BBQ and hot tub.

PARKING: There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway. Free street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi and Smart TVs in every bedroom for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Noise rules: Quiet time starts at 10pm and is strictly enforced. This means no loud music, voices, or noise that goes beyond the property boundary after 10PM. Noise detectors are installed. these devices measure volume of noise not conversations.

A/V surveillance: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home.

Age and Booking Requirement Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed) or gatherings of any kind.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property: $100.00 per pet up to 2 pets maximum regardless of size or breed.
