Enjoy a gorgeous bay view vacation home in the heart of Ocean City with your family! This beautiful spacious condo sleeps 8 in luxury and style.

ALL LINENS ARE PROVIDED. Entire rental is cleaned throughly by professional cleaning service. Including all fresh linens.

ELEVATOR ACCESS, no need to walk up steps.

Located at 47th St. and Coastal Hwy on the bayside overlooking the canal, this top floor condo is a 1 block walk to the beach, Secrets, Dumsers, Mini-Golf and many other popular OC destinations. Watch amazing sunsets from the front balcony or fish from the fishing pier located on the property.

Two bedroom with full bathrooms in each bedroom. Bedroom #1 has a bunk bed (bottom bunk is a full size mattress) with a trundle at the bottom. Wall mounted TV with Roku. Stream your favorite shows!

Bedroom #2 is a queen size mattress with a wall mounted TV with Roku.

Pull out couch in living room with a full size mattress.

Access to pool. Docks to the bay, laundry room, and elevators. Convenient location to Seacrets (less than 5 minute walk), convention center, 1 block to the beach and so much more! Enjoy Ocean City's beautiful sunsets.

Two parking passes will be provided (rare). $150 dollar fine for each parking pass that is not returned. Please ensure both parking passes are returned at the end of your stay.

All silverware and linens including bath towels, sheets, blankets pillows, pillow cases, comforters and quilts are regularly inventoried before and after every reservation. We kindly ask that they remain in the rental unit.

Note: we do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age. Exceptions to this rule are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is a total of 3 cameras on our property for your safety. 1 doorbell camera and 2 outdoor cameras facing the balcony.

Everything was great. Was impressed with all the kitchen supplies that were available for us to use. Cleaner could do a little better, no sheets were on the trundle mattress, I had to look for them. We had to broom sweep the bunk room upon arrival. Overall, we enjoyed the place and our stay.

Great Stay and Location

The condo is very nice. It is centrally located to Seacrets, one of the best places in OC. We had no trouble at all staying there. It’s clean and the owner is very attentive, helpful, and nice. Thanks for the great day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Short stay

Good experience overall. Walking distance to many places. Property was pretty clean, a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, but aired out ok. We were missing some sheets for the trundle bed, but worked it out ourselves.

Cute place

Place was very cute and comfortable. Almost everything you need is provided. Very conveniently located beside Seacrests. A little feedback: We did not have toilet paper and had to go purchase some when we arrived around midnight. Also felt the cleaning company could do a better job making sure to wipe marks off the wall and more deep cleaning. Overall this is a great place and recommended to stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We had a great time.

Awesome Location

We stayed for two nights to attend a cheer competition in Ocean City, the condo was convenient to the convention center. The place was spotless! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, our only feedback was the waterproof mattress covers were crunchy! A softer cover would make the beds perfect.

Great condo

We stayed at the condo for a weekend and we could not have been happier. Detailed ‘instructions’ and helpful information were given to us a couple days prior to our stay. Owner responds quickly. easy check in and out process, clean, and comfortable. It was a little tight with 7 people, but it fit everyone. Pool only has sit down (not lay down chairs), and laundry is located on the first floor which we had to pay for. AMAZING location. Everything we had planned was (the furthest) an 8 minute drive. We would stay again!

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great. A lot of things to do close by. Our grandkids loved the pool time and bunk beds. It was very nice how the owners kept in touch before and during our time there. The previous renters forgot to return one parking pass and the owners informed us right away. It all worked out fine. Having the two parking passes was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here. Most places only give one. The only thing I could say that would have been nice is if the main bedroom curtains were darkening curtains. At 5:30 am it is bright as day in there. Otherwise we all had a very nice stay.

Great Place!

This was our first time renting a place through Vrbo and everything went amazingly well. The description of the place was accurate and the photos were very helpful. The instructions from the owner were clear and concise (even down to "how to open the main blinds"). The rental was spacious and perfect for those looking for a place to stay with kids (we had a 7 year old and the separate bedrooms with separate bathroom was exactly what we needed). The unit was clean and well-kept. The location was great for us. We didn't want to be right down by the boardwalk (this location was up near 49th) but we could walk 2 blocks to direct beach access that had the blue umbrella/chair rental stands right there). Lots of nearby food options (great breakfast cafe a half block away, another restaurant a block away). It sits right on the bay so the views were amazing. Parking was a breeze and clearly explained. We had only 2 minor suggestions: perhaps a darker/thicker curtain in the main bedroom (or a secondary curtain). Although the curtain in there was opaque, it was still fairly bright, even at night (obviously this is a personal preference). The other is that the bathtub in the 2nd room is rather difficult to get into/out of since the sides are so high (because it's a jet tub). Perhaps a little step stool would help? Also, I couldn't get the drain to seal in the tub so I couldn't really fill it up (but that may be user error). But overall, awesome place! Highly recommended!
