Great beach vacation

The house is very spacious and clean. We appreciated all the different places to relax, especially the upstairs TV area and the screened porch. New appliances and lots of storage space were a big plus. More large serving bowls and platters would be helpful. Overall, a really nice place!

House was perfect!

The house was beautiful, clean and had more than enough room for 4 adults and two children under age 3. Screened in porch was my favorite 🤗. The property came with the option to purchase passes to the local Clubhouse (approx. 1.5 miles away from property). The passes were worth every cent, the clubhouse amenities were fantastic - especially for the kids. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back next year!!

Beautiful and clean

The property was lovely and had more then enough space to accommodate our group. We could have used some serving platters/ bowls as we do cook some meals in on vacation. Also, it would have been nice to know that the property was not actually on the resort property where the enclosed pool and. Community house were located. The house was just as lovely as the listing stated and the pictures were very accurate. The management was great and was very available to any help that we needed. I would recommend this house wouldn’t think twice about going back again!

Great home / Poor property manager communication

Everything about the home was wonderful. Plenty of space with a great floor plan. Huge closets to sleep kids in different areas if you chose. There was one hiccup with the photos not matching the home description as far as beds go. We did not get the linens package so we needed to know what size sheets to bring. I got many emails from the property manager some of which requested my response. I did not get a single response from the property manager when I responded or sent inquires. I found it to be very frustrating.
