Beach Lodge: 3 habitaciones - Se aceptan mascotas - Sala de juegos - Ideal para familias múltiples

Bienvenido a Slaughter Beach Lodge. Se admiten mascotas, niños, santuario lejos de todo. Esta casa ofrece multitud de comodidades. Abajo está la cabaña de pesca original que se ha transformado en la sala de juegos y el espacio de reunión. Encontrarás dardos, juegos de mesa y air hockey, así como un cofre lleno de juegos de mesa. También hay un televisor inteligente y PlayStation 4. La cocina de abajo tiene un fregadero, microondas y mini nevera. (Tenga la seguridad de que la cocina principal de arriba tiene todo lo que necesita). También abajo, justo al lado de la cocina, se encuentra 1 de los 3 dormitorios. Esta habitación tiene una cama queen y un futón. Justo al lado de la sala de juegos encontrarás un baño completo con ducha y una lavadora y secadora. La planta baja es la zona de caída perfecta para todos los elementos esenciales de su playa, así como una zona de caída perfecta para los niños después de un largo día de calor en la playa. Sube las escaleras por la sinuosa escalera de caracol o dirígete hacia el exterior y toma las escaleras de cubierta mucho más anchas hasta el segundo piso. Al entrar en la segunda historia, puede pensar que ha entrado en una casa diferente en la última incorporación de la cabaña de playa. Encontrará una cocina completa, dos dormitorios (cama king, cama queen), un baño completo, una amplia sala de estar y un gran comedor con barra de desayuno. Las vistas de arriba van desde los hermosos atardeceres de los pantanos hasta las vistas de la bahía para que pueda saber si hay marea alta o baja. En la sala de estar hay un gran sofá que se extiende hacia una cama queen. Los techos abovedados y las ventanas infinitas realmente crean un hermoso espacio en el piso de arriba.
El hotel de playa está convenientemente ubicado a solo dos casas de la carretera de acceso a la playa. (a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la arena)
2020 es nuestra primera temporada que aloja nuestra casa como propiedad de alquiler. No somos una gran empresa de administración de propiedades, esta es una familia que trabaja arduamente para traer Slaughter Beach que amamos (¡excepto por las semanas que estamos allí!)

Beach cottage

We had a very nice stay. The cottage was listed accurately and well stocked with supplies. The cottage is good size & the kids loved the gameroom downstairs. Proximity to the beach is very close. Highly recommended.

Awesome home in Slaughter Beach

House was clean and well stocked for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the large deck was beautiful. We plan to return with friends and family to make use of the fun game room and great access to the quiet beach.

Wonderful Getaway!

The house was great! Plenty of room for us to spread out and plenty of activities to do inside and outside. Sarah was an amazing host and very accommodating. Our dogs had a blast! I would highly recommend The Slaughter Beach Lodge.

Great location for Tournaments at DE Turf!

Communication was clear and timely. Property was very cleanly with plenty of space! Website descriptions were very accurate and the game room was a huge bonus with the teenagers! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property, Great Location

We loved this property. It was spotless, spacious, and right across the street from the beach. It also had a ton of fun games for entertainment. We loved looking out over the marsh from the back deck, birdwatching. I would highly recommend this property. We only had 5 people (my husband and I with 3 young adult children), but you could fit a lot more.

Great house, great host, perfect location

Maybe Slaughter Beach doesn't sound like idyllic location however in May when the crabs spawn and the shorebirds arrive it's a great location to see one of the bird migration capitals of the world. The house is superbly presented with everything where you would expect and easy beach access along with a short drive to route 1. Sarah, the host, has made our stay so easy with nothing being too much trouble. It's by far the best house I've stayed in on Slaughter Beach.

Perfect family size and great beach access

The house was perfect for our family of four plus my mom. Check in was straightforward and the house had a ton of games for kids of all ages. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of utensils and supplies already at the house. The best part was the location right next to public beach access. It made it so easy to walk back and fourth. Especially nice when you forget something. The last bonus was the kayaks. Overall I really enjoyed what was provided in addition to a place to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here. My mother, 2nd son and I came in to visit my 1st son and family. So we did not come for the beach. But it is definitely a very short walk to it. This place is so family friendly!!! We did come during a mild tropical storm so it made it great that there was so much fun stuff to do indoors!!! Alsi an Awesome selection!!!! The host was superb in communication! And quick to respond, which was awesome! There are different types of food stores close by, about 15/17 min drive. Unless your familiar with Aldi don't go there. We did a lot of cooking. Stove cooks beautifully. All in all it was the perfect stay. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy and for sharing this lovely place with us.

Wonderful house in a quiet and relaxing beach town. This was our family's first vacation in a Delaware beach town. We liked that we could bring our dogs and that Slaughter Beach didn't seem to be overly developed or crowded. Milford is a quick drive and has lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The house had a great layout and was well stocked with every and any thing you could need. Seriously, this is the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in! Beach access is right across the street and the bay is calm and would be perfect for little kids. We didn't get to take advantage of the kayaks but we did get some beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the deck. We went to Lewes a few times during the week and that was an easy 30 minute drive. We had a nice, relaxing week and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Sarah!

Great house for family gathering

The Beach Lodge exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and well- organized. The game room was lots of fun, not only having shuffle board and air hockey, but also lots of board games and building toys for children of all ages. The main floor was open with a large table that accommodated our group of nine. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need to prepare a good dinner. We liked the Dupont Nature Center about 2 miles away and the sunsets over the salt marsh. The horseshoe crabs on the beach were interesting. Our three-year-old granddaughter enjoyed riding her bike on the quiet road in front of the building. A nice place for a family getaway.

A perfect place for a “getaway”

This house offered more than expected in space and location!!! We came down for a girls weekend and had an amazing time hanging out in Slaughter Beach. The beds were all comfortable and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hang out and enjoy the raw nature of the area- the house is Right across the street from a beautiful rock beach and the marsh sits right behind the house with the most beautiful sunsets. There is a nature path with some cool facts about the wildlife a few houses down if you want to walk around and explore. Great location to some awesome breweries and shopping. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There is an entire game room downstairs and perfect if you come with kids or multiple families. We loved our time here and will absolutely be back!

This was a great stay for my family and I. We stayed while attending a lacrosse tournament at the Delaware Turf Complex. The atmosphere of the house and the neighborhood is very relaxing. It was a nice change from staying at a hotel. We all agreed that the vibe of the house made you feel relaxed and refreshed. The host is very responsive, kind and accessible. The game room was fun for my husband and son after a long day of lacrosse. We only had a chance to glimpse at the beach but it is just across the street and VERY close. Check in and out were easy! All boxes ticked for us! Thank you to Sarah for allowing us to use the home. Will stay again next year if it's available.

Bugs

The house and owner were both great but the location unfortunately was terrible. We couldn’t do anything without being attacked by the big biting flies and mosquitoes. On the beach, bike riding in the nearby nature persevere, paddle boarding, walking through the neighborhood, even just being in the backyard grass, were all quickly unbearable because of the bugs.

Fabulous house for spring getaway

We spent 3 nights with 2 adults and 3 teens. The setup of the house was perfect for us. Upstairs is spacious, bright and airy. View over the marsh is lovely; we saw a variety of birds. Kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. Downstairs was a dream come true for the teens. TV, video games, air hockey, foosball, and a completely separate hangout space. We lucked out with the weather- 70s and sunny. Beach access is right across the street. The teens took the kayaks out everyday when the tide was high enough and spent time hanging on the sand. We only saw a few other people on the beach, from a distance, the entire time. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to return!

Nice property

The property was excellent for our needs. Family traveled DE for a wedding in Maryland. It was the perfect place for the women in the wedding party, with tons of space to get ready. The downtime from the wedding was spent on the beach which is just down the street. Well equipped for everyday living. Great selection of entertainment. Wonderful deck where we were entertained nightly by wildlife in the back yard. Deer, birds, and a fox! Delightfully quiet area! I will stay here again if traveling with my whole family again!
