Open Kitchen, Dining & living room design with a lot of windows and light. The Space is heated with a Modern central heat system that provides noiseless heating and even temperature to the entire space. Short drive to Amherst, Brimfield Antique Show, Old Sturbridge Village, and local breweries including Tree House. Restaurants, shopping & grocery stores such as Walmart, McDonald's, DD, Subway, Taco Bell, BigY, and Domino are nearby within a 1-3 min walk/drive. Perfect place to feel at home for your day and night relaxation. The first floor has 3 spots dedicated to a workspace: one in the living room and two in the common area with an open view of the shopping plaza and the surrounding forest hills. These spots are set up with coffee tables and a set of comfortable chairs, where you can do your work and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. A compact computer desk with a pull-out keyboard tray and executive chair are available for you as well.
50" Philips HD TV in the living room with Roku, provides free-of-charge streaming of 100s of movies, shows, and News. Streaming services such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime, HULU and etc. are available as well. However, for full streaming access, you will need to enter and use your own streaming account.
The host lives in the next house. If the needs arise, please ask for help. Very easy to get your deposit returned-just follow the house rules! Thank you.
