Property manager was great, there is however an apartment complex directly next to the property with dogs that bark if you dont mind that would be a great place to stay.

Overall not bad but the beds are horrible and the neighbors have dogs that bark all night
The home was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Pet friendly with a large fenced backyard. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
This spot was newly renovated. Nice paint with minimalist decoration. Would have loved a lamp in bedrooms to read. Location not ideal for us. Through no fault of the owner, neighbor dogs and traffic noise bothersome. If you are a heavy sleeper this is a gem.
Neighbor's barking dog. Nothing really provided although I did request an iron and the host provided that which made me happy.House is on a very busy road otherwise a great location.High rate for the issues of the dog and no provisions.
The house was nice and was a close drive to downtown. Only complaint which really wasn’t the homeowners fault, was the neighbors dogs. They barked nonstop anytime we went outside and through the night while we tried to sleep.
This was great for me and my dog, we were going to stay with my bother but they came her to spend time with me, we all loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs and would have enjoyed it more in warmer temperatures. I would stay here again!

The location was perfectly located for the Grand Ole Opry. However , coffee maker (Keurig) no coffee cubs,Dog next door barking all the time, back porch was dirty and curtains needed to be re-hung and cabinets needed repainted. Also the tv did not work.Tom and Brenda whaley
It was very clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The tv didn’t work was my only complaint otherwise it is very great home to stay at with my family!

The owner was very very sweet, we got in early so she let us have an earlier check in. I will say we were kept up all night because the neighbors dog barked every minute of the day. Also did not supply any shampoo and ect which was unexpected. I would also suggest bringing your own pillows.

The neighbors have at last 6 dogs that do not stop barking at any and everything constantly. I think there was maybe a half hour the entire stay that they may not have been incessantly barking. The home is on a very busy street and you hear the traffic incessantly with street lights that shine in the windows and curtains that do not fit the windows so they do not block them out well.
The host was great after the checkin was resolved. The house was lacking a working TV and nightstands. Other than that it was 5 stars.

Location. Location. Location. Super cute front but located on a very busy road just past an industrial park. Neighbors on one side have a very tall metal fence because it’s keeping some loud, aggressive dogs (Pitt Bull, Shepard/malinois looking) in. The dogs were quite protective and barked at us when we were outside in the back yard and barked at anything other times. Unfortunately the bedrooms butt up against said fence with no noise blocking devices so all night barking really deterred any sleep from us—even with our sound machines on full volume. We had planned to stay for 2 nights but after one, we decided we could not stay another night. Host was quick to respond, house was very clean and I hate that the dogs next door affected our stay so much. New windows or heavier curtains and noise machines may help buffer some of the noise.

Property was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely remodeled. Couch was a worn out futon with a torn cover over it. We had two chairs with the small dining table which we used to watch tv. TV sat on small counsel table unattached to the wall. Coffee table looked like something chewed the corners off and they painted over it. The inside painting appeared like they were running low on paint. Very stark walls no decorations. No bedside stand in one room the other room had a cheap small stand. Blankets in closet had leaves and black hair on them. 1 drinking cup available with a 6 solo cups. This could be a nice little place, but all items/furniture were used, dirty rugs. Cheap curtains with cheaper curtain rods. Busy loud road in front hard to enter driveway from busy road. Neighbor dog barks most of day and night. Not impressed at all. We made the best of it, but never again.
This rental was an absolute disappointment. Booked 2 nights, but only stayed one night cause it was that bad.- The house smelled like cigarettes.- Within 10-mins of my baby crawling around, his hands & legs were covered in dirt.- Long hairs all over the tub, bath towels & bed sheet.- There were 4 of us for a 2 day stay. She only provides 5 bath towels, 1 microfiber towel (for a wash cloth) & 2 hand towels.- 3 out of 5 bath towels had long white hairs on them. - 1 of 2 beds didn’t have a bed sheet (found it in the dryer the next morning).- The other bed sheet had hair all over it.- See-through curtains (creepy).- Hardly any outside lighting (we arrived at almost midnight. So that sucked unloading).- Dogs next door barked all night & day (kept the baby up, which kept us up).We arrived at almost midnight. I messaged to request a cancellation & refund by 2am. It was that bad!The host was only responsive when I requested to cancel & for a refund. She offered to stop by & clean it, or a refund if we checked out by 11am (she notified us at 10:30am but we were already out to breakfast). Before & after that it was slow responses or none at all. I still haven’t heard back regarding my refund request. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Especially if you have kids.Anyways, I highly recommend “Day Drinking Properties” in Nashville. Pricier but well worth it! They saved our Nashville trip.

Response from VrboOwner on Jun 3, 2026
I personally clean the property and vacuum-mop-and steam all floors and make all the beds. I did respond to the guest and offered to come inspect the property right away and clean to their satisfaction-however the guest declined. I offer to give a full refund if they felt they needed to leave -again guest declined. Guest asked for a one day refund which I said I would provide however the guest stayed for 5 hrs after checkout time?? There are 5 hand towels 3wash cloths and 10 bath towels. There is also onsite laundry facilities for guest to use for any towels or laundry needs. All sheets were on the bed both fitted and top sheet and all sheets and towels are laundered after every single guest always. I am always more than happy to address and correct any issues or problems that arise in the most timely manner possible. SUnfortunately I can not control my neighbors dog I have asked them to address the dog noise but that is out of my control.
