Private 4 BDRM- 2 BATHS house, 5 Miles from Downtown #7 ❤️

The house has been completely renovated as well as the basement.
-On the main floor you will find a spacious living area with a flat screen TV, fire place and a lovely front view. Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor with a queen size bed on each room
(other 2 rooms are located on the basement). A full bathroom with all the necessary toiletries
(shampoo, soap, lotion, toilet papers and fresh clean towels). Theres is a closet with extra ones in case you may need it as well as pillows and blankets. The Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils (dishes, pots, silverware, cups, rags and cleaning supplies).
-On the basement area you will find much more comfort; living area, mini bar, flat screen TV, laundry room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
One of the rooms is a Master Queen Bedroom, fireplace, dresser with mirror, night stand and a comfy lay down couch.
Second Basement Room is a queen size bed with dresser, mirror and night stand.

Area rug was dirty, cleaning supplies left on hutch, main level bathroom door kept sticking shut along with main entry door, beds not very comfortable on main floor but OK. I think 10a check out is a bit ridiculous- why not 11a or 12p? Coffee pot was so slow I could have ran to starbucks before it brewed a cup. Joe was very responsive but didnt write him about those issues until after our stay.

Excellent communication

I agree with his wi-fi handle -- stay at Joe's! Perfect communication before and during our stay. Adult-ish kids took the 2 bedrooms downstairs and my hub and I kinda forgot they were with us. No worries- we brought them home. All hosts could learn from Joe.

Had a great time and the house was in a nice location, was not a whole lot of direction when it came to check in and check out. Has to contact the owner a couple times to get more information.

Awesome place

The house is super clean. Sheets and bedding were very nice. Great location easy on and off the highway. We stayed here for a sports tournament at the convention center and it was an easy 15 minute drive. Would recommend.

Perfect for our Swiftie Weekend!

This was a great location with easy commute to downtown. House was clean and the owner was responsive when questioned about the TV...they do not have an antenae so you must have a cable login to watch local, live TV.

Just what we needed!

We were in town to watch our son compete in the Drum Corps International All Age Finals. This was just the place we needed for our home base while we were out running around. The house clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood just off the interstate. As others have said, the outside is dated, but the inside is immaculate. Great for someone looking to stay at a nice place and still stay in budget.We will be back next year for sure!

Great Stay

Awesome place to stay in the Indianapolis area. 4 adult men stayed a weekend and played golf. Each of us had our own bedroom which was perfect. Made coffee in the morning which was supplied and drank cold beers from the fridge in the evenings. Perfect visit, we will stay again next year for sure. Thanks

Weekend stay

Nice house near plenty of shopping and restaurants in nearby Avon. Easy access in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown Indianapolis is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The updates to the kitchen, basement and bathrooms were very well done. Great communication with the property owner made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
