fall vacation

this is a wonderful place to stay with an awesome view. everything you would need at home is there for you. the facility is close to pier park and the bar at the hotel was great. great location, great room and great atomosphere. would definatley stay there again!!

Pleasant stay in a great location.

We very much enjoyed staying at this location of this property. Being on the 19th floor gave us a wonderful view and ocean sound without having to hear people down on the beach. There was only one working elevator so going and coming was very slow. Would stay here again.

Love the view

Saw sea turtles, dolphins and stingrays all from the balcony !! The sliding glass door has the largest view of any condo we have stayed at on Panama Beach. Condo was perfect. Very clean.

Booking process was very simple with owner. Owner has a good system for scheduling and refunded the damage deposit the day after we left, which was the fastest turnaround time I have ever experienced. Condo was very nice. Had a great view from the balcony of the fire works set off from the Pier at Pier Park during the pirate festival.

Overall, satisfactory place to stay. Clean and safe. Check in was really simple if pre-registered and we had no trouble with parking or amenities. Our unit was stocked with necessities and had a great view. Our host, Frank, was very informative and thorough thru email and very kind. Wait times for the elevators were problematic but that was really our only complaint.

Loved Our Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as advertised and close to everything. Frank was extremely helpful when we had to change our dates. Of course, the beach was amazing. I brought my own sheets for the bed because I like soft ones. The ones provided were so soft I didn’t use mine.

Awesome Balcony View!

Outside of the Hellevators, this was an awesome condo in the perfect location for my family of 6! There was plenty of space to were none of us were tripping over the other, and it was equipped with all things needed. Thank You for sharing your space!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo for the week. The condo had an awesome view, was well furnished, plenty of room for our family of four, beds were comfortable and all the necessity to eat meals in also. Great location with just a short walk to the Pier with all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was with the electronic keypad - but the owners left two keys so we used those for entry. I would recommend this place to stay and our family would stay again.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay this year! Frank was quick to respond to a small maintenance issue and it got fixed right away! We did not experience anything negative from this condo nor from owner. The only complaint I would have is checking out which took 30 minutes to get on the elevators - which is not Frank’s fault but Tidewaters poor management - some elevators weren’t working.

Big condo

Very big and spacious, however bring your own pillows and bed topper, everything was great minus the bed was hard as a rock and we didn’t sleep well , other wise everything in the condo was perfect for me and my husband. We had our kids with us as well that loved the bunk beds

Tidewater is one of the best resorts on the panhandle. Not just the location and the amenities but also the way they treat there guest. You will love it.

What makes this property unique

Great location. Next to Pier Park, Frank Brown park, shopping and grocery stores. Hwy 79 is 1/4 mile west where you can get off Front Beach road and escape the traffic. 12 miles from the new international airport. Beautiful beaches with fantastic views.
