I live in Knoxville, TN and really enjoy creating places for families to enjoy. Growing up my family didn’t get the chance to travel and as an adult I have been fortunate to get to travel often with my family. I learned the importance of making memories with family and friends that truly last a lifetime. My purpose is to make sure that I provide a space for these memories to be made.
Why they chose this property
Please remember you are staying in a cabin and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.
This is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, please understand refunds, cancellations, or alternate accommodations will only be offered if property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for understanding!

~ NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking inside property is found. So PLEASE don't do it.

~ There is active construction from time to time.
~ Due to close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although the property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back if necessary.

What makes this property unique
This cabin is so peaceful and private. Bears tend to travel thru so dont be alarmed if you seem them walk by. Being close to the parkway but far enough way to give you the serenity of the mountains, it truly is the best of both worlds. The cabin can be enjoyed by all ages. Kids enjoy scootering on the driveway as well so bring them if you want, and cabin is in a cul de sac.
