Villa Pateo IPS - scenery views, private pool

This spacious, well-appointed three bedroom property offers glorious sea and mountain views. Situated in Plaka, approximately 45 minutes from Chania airport. Plaka offers two supermarkets and plenty of restaurants , whilst being around ten minutes by car to the safe and sandy beaches of Almyrida. Outside there is a large bbq and dining area, perfect for “ al fresco “ dining and a beautiful swimming pool . Inside, a bright lounge area leads into a fully fitted kitchen, with plenty of room to eat indoors. Also on this floor is a large double bedroom and modern shower room. Stairs up lead to two further double bedrooms and family bathroom with washing machine. The generous veranda provides a perfect spot for morning cofffe or evening cocktails. Around the large pool are sun beds and a comfortable sofa area under a shady pergola. A large dining table allows plenty of room to dine close to the purpose built BBQ area. All set in well attended gardens with stunning views of the sea and mountains beyond. Plenty of parking is available.
