As you pull up to this inviting townhome, you'll have abundant street parking outside your front door. Prefer to park in a parking spot? No problem! There are plenty of parking spots on the back side of the complex (just make sure to park along the cinderblock wall).

The first floor of this light-filled unit invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofa (which can convert to a bed). There's a plush ottoman for you to kick your feet up and stream your favorite show on the large Smart TV. The first of two bathrooms (with a large standing shower is located) on this floor.

As you climb the stairs, the second level offers you a full kitchen and dining area, with access to the front porch for you to enjoy some fresh air. Laundry (stackable washer and dryer) as well as a full set of stainless steel appliances are available for you to cook a gourmet meal after a day of exploring Downtown Chattanooga or numerous hiking trails not too far away.

On the top level of this beautiful townhome, you will be able to recharge in a king-size bed (with memory foam mattress), walk in closet, and full bathroom. A balcony overlooking the trees will be perfect for your morning cup of coffee. Want to host some additional guests or kiddos? They'll love sleeping in the custom upper loft area!
You'll be able to park on the street outside of the front door or in the parking spots along the wall behind the complex. Two balconies (off the kitchen and off the bedroom) are private and for your use.

Northshore is one of the most beautiful and exciting parts of Chattanooga. You're not too far from hiking trails at Signal Mountain and walking distance to some of the coolest dining spots in Chattanooga, including Taco Mamacita, Milk & Honey, and Frazier Five and Dime. If you'd rather cook or stay in, both Publix and Whole Foods are walking distance.

For some pretty incredible views, head over to Coolidge Park or walk across Walnut Street Bridge to access everything that Downtown Chattanooga has to offer.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $2,500 in "All-Risk" Damage in addition to Airbnb's AirCover. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by guests. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With "All-Risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded, such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. It's vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under your damage protection plan through Waivo!

Once you get into Northshore and you're headed north on Cherokee, you'll take a soft left onto Harper St. Feel free to park on the street in front of the house or if you drive past the house, turn right at the end of the row of townhomes and you'll see the entryway to the parking lot. Feel free to park in any open space along the back wall.
