before arriving contacted property manager, asked about kitchen, was told i would have everything i would need to prepare a meal. Found no bakeware, or microwave ware, no measuring cups or spoons, only 4 forks and knives, 4 bowls, no strainer, no hand soap, garbage bags. Pots and pans that were there were dirty, all needed to be cleaned. The entire place was dirty, needs a deep cleaning. Sheets and comforters looked dirty, stained required washing. pillows flat and stained, no top sheets on the bed. bathrooms dirty, toilet bowls dirty, black at water line and under rim. No cleaning supplies to start us out. @ half rolls of toilet paper for 4 bathrooms. Spider webs everywhere throughout the rental. The TV in the family room did not work, took a week to get a replacement and we had to hook it up ourselves. No shades on most windows in family living area. We feel for the amount we paid to stay at this rental for a month we deserve a refund of some kind. We had to clean the entire rental despite the fact that we had to wait until after 4pm to get in because the cleaning crew wouldn't be done before that. This rental hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time.
