Why stay in a motel when you can spend your vacation in this perfect 2 bedroom condo located only 1 block to the beach and within short walking distance to all area attractions. Fully equipped kitchen, nice size living room and off street parking makes this a great place to stay any time of the year. Oh and did we mention that it includes 4 beach badges, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. All you need to bring is your sunscreen and linens(sheets and towels)!

Parking was great. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Beach passes, varies beach supplies available (Nice). It was a beautiful space for the for of four of us and I really enjoyed myself. The weather was perfect and the condo was too

This place is great. It’s close to the boardwalk and the beach. It is quiet and clean. Very family friendly. The only issues we had were that they don’t provide a broom or vacuum which was inconvenient with some sand we brought back with us on the beach.

Great little place!

Property is a little out dated. Overall, great place, location, and the listing is as accurate as it says. Walk in, unpack, and enjoy your vacation. Only down side is there is no laundry. Has coffee makers (which is super important to me) lol. Worked out pretty well!

Perfect location!!

A little beach vacation to visit our son in Seaside Park. Perfect location to beach access and activities. Everything you needed for the beach included . Beach passes, chairs, toys for the kids. Thank you Kim for sharing your condo. Neighbors and residents very friendly.

The property was an older building but the unit was updated. The other residents were noisy due to arguing.

Perfect location

This quiet condo was perfect. Clean and as pictured. Loaded with extras. Chairs,umbrellas,buggy,toys,games for kids and adults AND BEACH PASSES!! Food extras and stocked kitchen!!! One block from boardwalk and beaches!! Definitely coming back. Thank you so much

Disappointed

Location was good. Problem with ants and mice in both bedrooms. Parking was not as described. Check in process was confusing. People inside didn't know what was going on. Was not aware it is a residential building and tenants were not happy to have renters coming and going. Was difficult to get in touch with management. Listing agent was of no help.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay and confused that the property is a condominium. There is 1 car off street parking included and I believe that it was is what is listed, but I will certainly double check. Our office is open every day and we can typically be reached anytime, I apologize if that was not the case. We hope all of your future travels are 5 stars.
