Worked out great for my bachelor party with 7 total guys. Had pretty much every item we needed there to use, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Very smooth check in and check out. Great place to chill and was very accommodating

The code on the door was wrong so we had to stand outside in the heat for an hour before we could get in, the hot tub was dirty with a bunch of debris on the bottom, the bbq was so dirty we couldn't use it, there is a washing machine but no detergent and the loft area is like a death trap to get up to. I would not recommend this property for the price.

I'm glad we were able to connect by phone that afternoon and get you inside and settled, and I appreciate your patience while we sorted it out quickly. It has since been fully resolved, and our team is always reachable day or night. You're also right about the grill — I appreciate the candid feedback, and we've retired it entirely. I've asked our team for an extra pass on the hot tub between stays as well. On a couple of the other points: laundry detergent is kept stocked in the home, and the loft is an optional bonus space rather than a required part of the stay. We hold this home to a high standard and clearly stumbled on the entry here. Great rental and served our needs great. Its a great central gathering place. The living room is set up great for a lot of seating. We had a small celebration so this, as well as the open floor plan, was much appreciated. Several bedrooms in the basement that were clean and very cool in the heat of the summer.Nice covered patio with a nice hot tubKitchen was nicely stocked with basic supplies. The one negative here was lack of an ice maker. There were just some ice trays. Since there is a water dispenser provided, I think a countertop ice maker would be appreciated. Also, a trash can in the kitchen would be nice.The shower on the main floor only provided semi-warm water. Apparently there is a 'sweet spot' on the faucet that I failed to find, so that was disappointing.The last suggestion I would make would be some hanging magnetic screens for the doors to the patio. Having them open provided a nice breeze but, several flies as well.All in all, I would stay again.

A couple of quick pointers for anyone reading: there is a dual trash-and-recycling bin in the kitchen, right beside the microwave, and our check-in guide walks through the shower valves — one of the three runs reversed, which is very likely the "sweet spot" that was tricky to track down. We hear you on the ice as well, and we'll keep the trays stocked and ready. Feedback like yours is exactly what helps us keep improving, and we're so glad you'd stay again.
