One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is large deck in the backyard with a big table and patio set to enjoy our beautiful weather.

Take your coffee or meal out to the backyard and enjoy sitting around our patio set or large table that seats 6. Each bedroom is a good size with closets to hang any belongings you may have. Bathrooms are bright and new.

Parking is ample and can easily fit 4 to 5 cars in the driveway. There is also street parking. Home is easily reachable from the highway. While this home is close to everything, a car would be best to have to get around town.

Neighborhood is conveniently located off Augusta Rd minutes from I-85 and less than 10 minutes to downtown Greenville. The neighborhood has many cutely renovated homes sprinkled throughout.
