Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We’re sorry to hear the home didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the shower, we did look into this after your stay and found the issue was due the shower head directly facing the wall causing it to leak to the floor below. That said, we’re always looking for ways to make things more intuitive and will review this to help prevent any confusion for future guests.
