This was a very spacious house with plenty of room for all of us, we had 3 adults and 2 teenagers. It was very clean and well taken care of. Only 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Greenville.

Pros: Great location, easy parking, easy check in, big yard for dogs, big house with a lot of rooms and bathrooms. Porch was great for morning coffee. The pantry is a fun plot twist! Cons: The carpets are slightly stained from dogs or kids, the laundry room flooded when it rained hard the first night, we saw some big bugs/roaches in the house during our stay.

The layout seems perfectly tailored for a vacation rental. I appreciate having enough beds and separate spaces for my adult children to be comfortable. My teens and their cousins played games for hours in the upstairs sitting room and outside in the game barn. While the neighborhood is a still being revitalized, we felt quite safe taking walks and enjoying the porch and backyard, and the convenient distance from downtown Greenville, grocery stores, and the interstate can hardly be beat at this price point. The house was well equipped and very clean. The host made us feel welcome with a Christmas tree, coffee pods, basic seasonings on hand, and welcome bags with snacks. He was also flexible with our needs. The downstairs master bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a pack-n-play as well as a comfortable seating area.I would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Enjoyed a few days in Greenville. The house is well located to the downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. Room for 10 comfortably. Had all the essentials.

This property was a gem! Stayed with a group of adults/work colleagues for a conference and everything was awesome! Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon checking in they were doing road work so there were a few detours getting to the the house once we got around that it was no problem. House was clean and had great amenities! Location was perfect for our venue and very accessible to all locations. Lots of space and it was perfect for our large party. Would definitely recommend for large parties. The only draw back for our group was the bunk bed situation did not work out for tall adults but other than that great place!

We had fabulous time! The house was perfect for our group of friends. We had two teenage boys who loved being in the living area in the barn when they weren’t out riding the trail & around downtown Greenville.The master bedroom was perfect for movie night!

Just finished up a great stay here. Recently remodeled, great interior finishes, plenty of room and 4 full bathrooms. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to DT Greenville. This place met our needs perfectly for the wedding we were in town for. I highly recommend...

In Greenville for a concert

Great house! 9 adults (9 women) had plenty of room to spread out with our our own space and bathroom! Easy Uber ride to downtown and concert venue. Neighborhood was nice- felt safe; nice neighbors. A very nice house and host.

Nice house for convenience to downtown

Loved the layout of the house. Having an extra bathroom on main floor we didn’t have to use masters. The front porch ( we brought extra chairs) was comfortable in afternoon to gather. Tv room upstairs gave the guys a place to catch a little of the golf game leaving the downstairs for social time. Kitchen was great to work in and Loved The Pantry. Oven and microwave were high end appliances. This house had road construction going on but we easily rerouted to get downtown. Very short and easy drive to downtown.

The house was the perfect location and set up for our family. We were just a short Uber ride to our destinations in the downtown area. The house was comfortable and well maintained. It was nice to have four full bathrooms. No one ever has to wait. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Great house for a group

We were in town with extended family and friends. The house worked very well for our group of six adults and one child. The layout is great and four bathrooms was wonderful. The location is close to everthing and easy to get in and out of compared to other places we've stayed in Greenville. We loved having the party barn to hang out in with the group. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Quick Get-away

The house had plenty of room and was clean and well stocked.Very close to everything you’d want to visit in Greenville. However, it is located in a transitional neighborhood. The home looks great in pictures, but is clearly a do-it-yourself reno.The air condition down stairs was not working while we were there, it was unseasonable hot, and we could not get the owner to respond to us to get it fixed.

Family vacation for granddaughters first birthday

This house was perfect for the 9 adults that traveled together. So much room and bathrooms for all of us without schedule issues. Extreme thought has gone into setting this house for visitors. I would book this again. The extra room in the backyard was great yet we didn't even need it because we were so comfortable in the main house. This is a great place for many adults traveling together and kids would have a blast.

Clean, Updated, and Unique

This home is a great value. Our large family stayed here for two nights while in Greenville for a funeral. Loved the cleanliness and updated features. The secret room is cool, and the game shed was a fun place to hang out. The only word of advice for those who might be considering a stay is that our 12 adults and two children stretched the capacity for comfortable sleeping. The two futons were not comfortable for sleeping. Also, with a big crowd, a few more blankets/linens would help. But overall, this is a wonderful find - probably better with nine adults than 12.

Scam Alert

This was possibly one of the worst VRBO experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving to the house it was being robbed. A man was walking out of the house with a lamp. At the time we assumed it was a cleaning crew, nope! When we walked into the house the back door window was broken, shattered glass everywhere, rooms had been rummaged through and the TV’s were missing. We contacted the host, who is listed as Dan, however signs all messages Elijah. Whom ever they are, they did not reply. We had to contact VRBO customer service who also couldn’t not get in touch with the host. All VRBO could do is contact a maintenance crew to fix the door. The maintenance crew was great! When asked what else we should do, VRBO told us to instruct the maintenance crew to call the police. Which was a miscommunication, because when they arrived they were told we already called the police. We attempted to get a refund, but VRBO stated only the host could offer that and they could not find the host! This left us stuck with the house, in a shady neighborhood, that had just been robbed. All other options were booked. We did not hear from the host until the following day. The only comment replied back to us was “the maintenance crew will be there in the afternoon to replace the door”. This left all of our belongings susceptible to being stolen throughout the day while we were sightseeing. The backyard had overflowing trash. To say that our stay was unsatisfactory is a gross understatement!
