Casa de Suenos sits on a beautiful golf front half acre lot located in the private gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property offers access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas beach on one side as well as to Langosta Beach on the other. A short 15 minute drive takes you to downtown Tamarindo.

The home is very spacious at almost 6,000 sqft, has a large yard, pool, and outdoor entertaining area. Surf, golf, fishing, go to the spa and enjoy!

Casa de Sueños has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up for 14 guests. Built in the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla’s Reserva de Golf you will have access to the incredible amenities here within Hacienda Pinilla.

Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund.***
