The property was well equipped in the kitchen. It also had plenty of hot water for our large group. Access to the beach was perfect.

This rental was amazing. Beautiful views of gulf from all decks. You could hear the waves too! We brought our dog for his first beach trip it was perfect! Beach board walk was next to pool and a short walk across street to the beach access board walk. Easy and quick! Kitchen well stocked. Comfy beach and patio furniture. Love the kids room down stairs with a bathroom and easy access to and from pool gate! Shade on deck two all day. Nice out door table. Baby gates (4) included at rental to block off 2nd floor deck for pups and children and inside stair areas. Deck 3 off main living area was completely blocked off for safety. Lovely out door shower, hot and cold water. Huge soaking tub in 3rd floor master. Lots of extras puzzles, games, books and beach chairs. Neighborhood quite walkable. Views from both sides of home for sunrise and sunsets. Pool was a nice size and private from other homes. Furniture comfy. Britney Campbell was amazing and very helpful. Already planning another stay soon!

Cape Life Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. House was large enough to accommodate our family of 11. Great location, nice pool and terrific deck we enjoyed every evening.

Perfect Location

We were a large group, 17 with 4 dogs. This was a perfect place for us! The rooms were spacious and every bedroom had an ensuite, except one. That one had a bathroom just outside the room, and the kids' room had a half bath. The pool was great. There are a ton of beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage, so we didn't even unpack ours. There was even a kayak in the garage! The second fridge was a blessing and the kitchen was well stocked. The only drawback was the amount of stairs (my knees are not great) but I would 100% stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place near the beach.

Family Celebration

We enjoyed our stay. We particularly liked all bathrooms had access to a bathroom. Most were ensuite. The downstairs was nice for the couple with 2 small boys. Big home offered lots of privacy. The home had a few small issues that were reported to the rental company at the end of our stay. Hopefully these will be resolved. I noticed a couple things were noted on prior reviews and not resolved. I had rented a kayak and we never used it. First of all the water was rough but also kind of a long walk carrying a kayak. Overall it was a great trip.

Paradise heaven!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last second we had a huge mishap with another location and came upon this house which was a blessing in disguise! Not only was the view and location AMAZING but the house was spacious and so clean! The fully equipped kitchen, all the extras for the beach and the comfy home feeling made our trip unforgettable. The management company Coastal Joe was a God send to us and we will forever be so grateful for all their hard work and dedication when it comes to their customers.

Just a few issues! Still loved our stay!

Perfect size and location for our family. Furnishings were great. The only issues we had were: There was a lose rail on 2nd floor balcony. The tub in the bottom floor king size suite was slow drain and had no toilet lid. Around the door in den on 2nd floor leaked when rained. Clean on surface but needs a deep clean especially in bathrooms and kitchen. Our family loved the house and easy to work with!

Overall great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed this home. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Could hear the waves from the porches. The beach itself was very wide in this area, unlike other places nearby. We did not find the steps in this home to be an issue. This was the most well-stocked rental we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had everything (except crab crackers) and more. There were generous supplies that are usually bring your own like trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, cleaners, etc. and a large variety of spices. The home is showing some wear and tear though. Water leak in kitchen ceiling was stopped but ceiling not repaired. Oven had a heating element out so everything took a long time to cook and had to be flipped for even browning. Lock on upstairs sliding door was broken. The extra fridge in the basement was great, but the drawers were broken an shelves would fall out. The downstairs air unit was not working and this was the only issue we reported. We were told someone would fix it on Monday but no one showed and no one communicated with us. I think I sent 3 texts before receiving a response. Air was fixed on Tuesday though. The ping pong table was in great shape and was a hit, as was the whole garage with lots of chairs, noodles, a beach cart and grill. We would absolutely stay again if we need a place this big. We had 14 people, all teenagers and adults. The trundles didnt work for the teens. I’d say it sleeps 14-15 comfortably unless you have littles that can do the trundles.

Paradise on the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Life. The home is very large with great outside decks. We could sit on the top deck and look at the ocean from several angles, even though the home was not directly on the ocean. Beautiful sunsets! The house was well stocked with everything you need from towels, toiletries, kitchen items (including extra trash bags, aluminum foil and ziplocks), and even beach chairs and a beach cart. We had brought our own beach stuff so we did not use theirs, but there are plenty! There is a ping pong table in the garage. Pool was fabulous. Beds were comfortable and tv's in all bedrooms and both sitting rooms. The home is in a gated community which was nice. We could let our dogs stay outside on the top deck as it was completely enclosed. They loved walking the neighborhood and going on the beach. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go again. Make sure you take bug spray as the no-see-ums got us!
