About this property

Sunny, welcoming home, close to the beach

This newly updated beach unit is close to the beach [15 houses] and tucked away on the best part of Emerald Isle. Our home is bright, sunny and stocked with everything you’ll need to make you feel comfortable, with 3 Smart TV's, Keurig coffee maker, a lovely porch for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening adult beverage, and lots of beach/bay items available for your use. Ceiling fans are in every room and on the screened porch as well.

We also offer some boogie boards, beach chairs and a sturdy beach wagon for our guests. Five adult bikes, pump and locks are also for your use. Bed linens and towels provided [you bring the beach towels!]

You will be close to the beach and in quiet and quaint neighborhood where you and your family can build memories. You will be convenient to restaurants [0.7-2 miles for the walkable ones, like Gaffers], shops, grocery stores [Food Lion and Publix are 1.4 miles], THE BAY/SOUND [< 0.5 miles for a kayak or boat launch!] and many other local attractions. The Emerald Isle bike path leads directly to the neighborhood as well as the playground for kids and is located one block away. OTHER AREAS OF INTEREST:
THE POINT: 1.9 miles from our home: 38 minute walk, 9 minute bike ride or a 4 minute drive in the car.
THE BEACH is 15 Houses from the beach [1/4 mile] and depending how much you need to haul, it could take a few minutes to 10 minutes to walk.

The kitchen has everything you'll need [especially spices] to feel at home.
**This is not for rent during high school or college beach weeks. Signer on the lease must be present for rental period.**
**This is a strictly NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS house.**
Bookings are Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.

Empty out the vacuum. Please put all porch chair cushions back in the condo.

Easy walk to the beach! Clean, spacious, well stocked with all the basics so you don’t have to worry about spices or paper towels. Having beach gear and wagon was very convenient.

Great place to stay!

The house proved perfect for our family vacation - it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We found use of the two beach bikes and pull-cart added to the enjoyment of our stay. In addition, loved the screened-in porch - perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. The property manager was very responsive and proactively fixed a problem before our arrival which (as it pertained to the A/C) was very much appreciated!
