Lovely first floor oceanfront end unit condo with views of ocean in the secluded western end of the island called 'The Point.' This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, beach combing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes to shopping, water slide, theater, restaurants, and night life but still you feel you are away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goal, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevator also located in building A. This home features 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Living area has a 42" flat screen TV with upgraded Surround Sound, a covered deck with ocean views. Master bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath, 39" Flat screen TV and a deck with ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, 27" flat screen with a full bath & shared bath in hallway. Bedroom #3 has a 2 twin size beds, 26" flat screen with a half bath. Washer and dryer in condo. No Smoking and No pets. Rents Sat to Sat. This condominium is a first floor. Beautiful property in a very quiet part of the island. Loved sitting on the deck at night listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Having 2 small kids, it was awesome having the beach right there making a quick back and forth trip. My only complaint was the mattresses were way too firm, but other than that, I would absolutely stay here again

The place was great. Whoever cleaned it, though, must not have had time to clean the floors. No big deal. My family complained about the beds, however. They were not comfortable. The only other thing was the pool. It wasn't clean.Even with those things, we'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

The location is perfect!!! I love that they provided linens, towels, etc. That saved a ton of space for our luggage. They also supplied hand soap, and lots of other things. They had chairs there to use as well. One set of stairs, very helpful if you have bad joints, as I do. The condo had all the cooking supplies we needed. I would highly recommend. The only thing at times that would have been better is faster internet speed. But that is definitely not a deal breaker. Will definitely look into renting again next year. Memories were made and cherished!

Location is by far the big appeal of this condo. Pool was nice as well but bathrooms did not have soap, tp, or papertowels. Arrived at check in time and the condo was not cleaned. Reached out to host and cleaners finally arrived. After 2 hours we were able to enter and found sand on the beds, clogged sink, and appliances in disrepair. The host promptly answered and had the cleaners return. The Drain was still not fixed, and sandy sheets were vacuumed. The master bathroom has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time as the shower is laden with a black substance appearing to be black mold. No offer of any refund was made by the owner regarding the issues or delays. It appears to be cosmetically remodeled but soft spots in floor, rocking tiles, and broken appliances made for a disappointing stay. Beds were also extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. Location 10/10

One of our favorites

This is one of my family’s favorite places to stay on Emerald Isle and it’s our second time staying in this condo. I love that it is a safe and family friendly area. The condo is super comfortable and has an easy access to the beach. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Nice Condo / great location. Would have been nice if the property management company would have opened the swimming pools and monitored usage during COVID.

Wonderful Villa!!

This Villa was perfect. The Villa is updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few dinners. It was nice and quiet and a very close walk to the beach.

My husband and I bought our beach house after my first son was born, we have enjoyed 20 years of entertaining many family and friends. We have also hosted many Easter egg hunts for the entire community here at Point Emerald Villas. We bought here due to it being the best part of the beach on the ENTIRE island. We love going to the island and as soon as we cross the bridge feel like we are in a different world--relaxed and care free.
