Perfectly location and great owners

Owners were so great. There were a few hiccups, but the owners were super responsive and went above and beyond all our expectations. Clean and safe. We will be back. One of my favorite stays ever.

Absolutely perfect small cottage with a wonderful host!

This place looks exactly like the photos - so charming and comfortable. It’s location is close to downtown (not exactly walking distance and across a couple of busy streets) but by far an excellent option if you want to be close to the restaurants and outdoor activities along the waterfront in Punta Gorda. Suzanne, the host, is as lovely and charming as the cottage! We will definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to our friends.

I’ve been exploring Southwest Florida. Punta Gorda is a hidden gem! A very quaint and friendly little town with so much to do. We have many restaurants, events, concerts, walking & bicycling trails. All surrounded by our beautiful Harbor and inland canals.
This is a perfect place to visit.

Why they chose this property

Our cozy cottage is within walking distance to all you may want to do. Located blocks from quaint Old Punta Gorda, hotel bars and Restaurants on the water with view of the harbor. Sunsets are our specialty. No two alike, but each spectacular!
