This fabulous 3-bedroom apartment is only metres from the beach and sea in SeaTerra Bay.
In the open plan kitchen/lounge your eyes are drawn to the large floor to ceiling windows where you have the most amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Besparmak mountain range. You will never get bored of this amazing view and the sounds of the waves.
Come and enjoy this beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment perfect for a family holidays or getaways with your friends.
The space
There is a family bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its en-suite bathroom. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have patio doors leading out onto the terrace/garden. You'll have the luxury of waking up to beautiful views. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning.
There is a large terrace which is the width of the apartment. Garden furniture parasol and sun loungers are provided. There is a BBQ and also a pergola. We are sure much of your time will be spent sat being mesmerised by the motions of the sea and the stunning Cyprus sunsets. The view is simply priceless.

Tatlisu sits 40 kilometres east of Kyrenia between the five-finger mountain range and the Mediterranean coast. Sitting in the north-western of the famous Famagusta region, the Tatlisu area connects with nature in every way. For convenience, Kyrenia town centre is a 40 minutes drive, or Iskele is 30 minutes drive away, Famagusta old town is approximately 60 minutes away from Sea Terra Bay. The Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is 20-minutes drive away. There are also many bars, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. Ercan International Airport 40 minutes , Larnaca is just under an hour away from this relaxing holiday home
