Espectacular y excepcional villa de lujo frente al mar con wifi gratis

Se trata del entorno en nuestra hermosa villa frente al mar que tiene una vista fantástica al mar y está rodeada de campo abierto. Impresionantes vistas vienen como estándar aquí. Sin embargo, cuando quieras esconderte, esta villa es el refugio perfecto. La villa ha sido diseñada para aprovechar al máximo las vistas. Para empezar, el balcón ofrece vistas panorámicas sobre el mar y las montañas escarpadas de los alrededores. Y en lo que respecta al resto del exterior, todo está preparado para la relajación. Está pintado en un brillante color mediterráneo y viene con su propia piscina privada que ocupa un lugar de honor. ¡También hay muchas tumbonas y sillas para relajarse y muchos juguetes para la piscina para divertirse! Todos pueden sentarse en un jardín generosamente bien diseñado que está rodeado por una pared alrededor de la villa para una total privacidad, para que pueda tomar el sol y cenar en el área del jardín donde también puede disfrutar de una barbacoa en una reclusión maravillosa. También hay una gran terraza arriba en el primer piso para una relajación total, admirar la vista al mar o ver la puesta de sol o mirar las estrellas por las noches.

Dentro de la villa es igual de agradable. Las paredes encaladas y crujientes mantienen todo fresco y ligero, junto con pisos de mármol embaldosados son los pilares. La planta baja tiene un diseño de planta abierta con un gran salón y comedor, mientras que está decorada con muebles contemporáneos, que incluyen cómodos sofás y una elegante mesa de comedor. También hay TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD y en la cocina totalmente equipada, detalles como lavavajillas, lavadora y microondas. También hay una mesa de comedor para seis. Todo se completa con tres habitaciones amplias y luminosas, todas con aire acondicionado y dos baños, uno de ellos en suite.

Pero la villa por sí sola no es lo que hace que este lugar sea especial: la ubicación de los puntos positivos también. Hay varias playas de arena a 10 minutos en coche y playas de guijarros a poca distancia. También hay bares, restaurantes y un supermercado a poco más de 5 minutos en coche.

El norte de Chipre tiene mucho que ofrecer y la Villa es un lugar perfecto para comenzar a explorar.

My partner and I had an amazing 2 weeks at Farina's villa. The views from the roof terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean sea are beautiful. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. We have stayed in many villas over the years, but we both agreed this is the best pool we've ever had. The people we met in the area were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we met during our stay was polite and helpful.The whole booking process was straightforward and Farina went totally above and beyond to assist us. From arranging the car hire, to airport transfers and regular check ins to ensure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend the villa highly enough and we hope to return soon.Adam & Stacey xx

We found this listing by chance and so glad we did from the beginning of our booking Farina has been an amazing host nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is situated in a lovely area, extremely peaceful and private, it has everything you need for your stay, the pool is big and the garden is well established with beautiful plants and trees for your privacy.Farina arranged all our transfers and car hire with Cyprus Pines, good price and a very smooth and punctual service.We loved staying here so much we asked to book again for 2026 but sadly our dates are unavailable .Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home hopefully see you againJulie & Ted

My husband and I have returned for a second visit as we loved the place so much the first time. I have reread my previous review and I'm finding it hard to say anything more glowing about the place! The villa remains a brilliantly well maintained property with everything you need and more to have a wonderful holiday. Farina, the owner, is so helpful and accommodating, and great at keeping in touch throughout, which is very reassuring. This part of North Cyprus is close enough to be a short drive from the main sights, while still able to be quiet and restful. The villa is not overlooked due to the extensive landscaping so you can truly relax here! You also have the benefit of a huge number of local bars and restaurants, offering all manner of cuisines, and we are yet to find one we have been disappointed in.I would recommend the villa to anyone, and we will definitely return!

Tolles Haus ♡

Unglaublich schönes Haus mit direktem Meerblick. Super liebe Vermieterin, die sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar ist. Schon vor unserer Reise, hat sie uns viel geholfen. Bei der Autovermietung, bis hin zum Transfer. Das Haus ist toll ausgeteilt und findet Platz für 6 Person. Meine Schwestern und ich sind zu dritt gereist. Wir buchen 1x im Jahr ein Haus damit wir unsere Privatsphäre haben und einen eigenen Pool zum relexen. Der Pool hatte eine tolle Größe und wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt. Der Check in lief reibungslos ab, was toll war, da wir relativ spät anreisten. Im Kühlschrank war für uns Brot, Butter, Eier, Marmelade und Milch. Was auch toll war, das es einem Wasserspender gab der gefüllt war und noch einige zusätzliche Behälter dort waren. Alles in einem ein unglaublich tolles Haus mit Blick auf das Meer. Einfach zu Abschalten, perfekt. Was man noch dazu sagen sollte . Man benötigt unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Leider ist in der Umgebung nicht viel. Keine Restaurants oder ähnliches. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 8 -10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einmal am Tag kam ein Eiswagen vorbei, der sehr leckeres Eis hatte. Was wir fast täglich uns gegönnt haben. Vielen Dank nochmal an Farina und Karen die sich vor Ort toll um uns gesorgt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße, Franka, Anna und Lea ♡

Holiday

We arrived at villa very late to be welcomed with a food starter pack which was a lovely gesture. The villa was very clean and inviting. There is also a lovely large pool situated by two beautiful palm trees which invite so many birds a great pleasure to watch.The villa also has a great view of the sea and is located in a quiet area adding to the peace that a holiday brings. The host of the villa Farina has been very helpful from start to finish, helping with taxi pick ups and car rental, also sent a few emails to check everything was okay. Denise the villas management team also very helpful, any issues she was a phone call away( only one issue with tv, but sorted quickly). Also recommended good restaurants and places to go.

Outstanding

We have just returned from a family holiday at the villa. Please ignore the 1* review; the place is not only exactly as described, but in fact, much better. From the outset, Farina happily answered my questions & thoughtfully sent messages wishing us a great trip & welcome us home. The villa manager Denise was just lovely, always on hand if we needed anything. She gave us some brilliant recommendations that really enhanced our stay. Thank you for looking after us so well! The villa is very well maintained, peaceful & private, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday (esp. aircon & fans!). On arrival, it was spotless with lovely, homely touches & a generous & much appreciated welcome pack. We spent lots of time round the pool in the beautiful garden (plenty of comfy sunbeds & umbrellas) or in the welcome shade of the terrace that gets a gentle coastal breeze. The pool is in full sun most of the day so was always warm but refreshing. The sea view is stunning day & night, particularly from the upstairs balcony (great for sunsets/stargazing). All bedrooms had comfy beds & loads of storage, the bathrooms were well equipped & the kitchen has everything you could possibly need (the water cooler was a godsend!). If you don’t want to cook or BBQ, there are many wonderful local restaurants to choose from; a car is a must for shopping/exploring so the restaurants a bit further away are easily visited. We loved N. Cyprus - a beautiful & interesting place - we can’t wait to return!

Hello Farina, we had an excellent holiday in North Cyprus at your villa. Nothing was missing in the house. The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired and we were very happy about the cleanliness of the whole house. We found the peace and quiet and the large pool to cool off really great. Picking you up at the airport and picking up the rental car also worked very well. Denise had provided us with rich information. The location is perfect and the supermarket is only 5 minutes by car. Don’t bother.

When booking nothing was said about the building site/work going on beside the villa so constant noise. Cracked floor tiles outside which someone could cut there feet. The swimming pool had mould in the grout lines which was coming off and sinking to the bottom. Also most of a labs around the pool and loose so could easily come off and could cause an accident. The shower riser rail was broken and when reported on the 1st full day was told it would get sorted which got fixed 12 days later. Had to get a plumber out twice due to no water and poor water pressure. 3 power cuts and WiFi was very hit or miss probably all due to the building site going on. Emailed the owner and said no one else had mentioned the noise which when I sent her a video of what was going on and I was not informed about the work being carried out I got no reply. I have pictures and videos of all the problems. Avoid the villa as not advertised as how it is.

Superbly looked after Villa

My family and I have just returned from a 2 week stay in this beautiful villa and we absolutely loved it. The villa is so well kept with a lovely modern kitchen and everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The villa is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and bars however a car is essential for groceries etc as the supermarket is a short drive away. The view is amazing and the villa is so peaceful and un overlooked, watching the sunsets is definitely a must. Denise the lady who greeted us couldn’t have been any more helpful and told us where everything was and restaurant recommendations etc. We only needed to message to ask for help with supermarkets/bars/restaurants etc and she was straight back either texting or phoning to help. Thank you Denise for making everything so easy for us. Also thank you Farina for letting us rent your beautiful and well kept villa and all your help with sorting out taxis from the airport and arranging car hire to be waiting at the villa. We will be back xx

Lovely peaceful villa

The villa is on an 'estate' of similar properties, on the first row right overlooking the sea. (if 'estate' puts you off it shouldn't - there's a lot of developments like this along the coast and this is normal. Its definitely not high rise hell). Its a very quiet location and the villa is pretty secluded. You'll get a few dog walkers and runners passing by but its not possible to see much of the house from the road. Nevertheless there are a couple of eating places within walking distance. You are about 30 mins from the nearest major town, Kyrenia/Girne which has all the amenities you need and is a picturesque destination in itself. There are also a few mini markets etc nearer by. This part of Northern Cyprus is not overflowing with must-see attractions but there are plenty of villages, churches, monasteries etc to visit, and of course beautiful Mediterranean scenery everywhere. The villa is spacious, well appointed and contains everything you need for a home from home. Farina the owner is friendly and responsive, and her local on site representative Denise also, who provided us with excellent local advice. Shout out too for Cyprus Pines rental who provided airport transfers and rental cars with no problems. We would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Don't expect nightclubs or busy resorts, its an area to spend a relaxing time on the patio in a lovely quiet villa.

Lovely villa with lovely sea view

Just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at this lovely villa . Great pool biggest and warmest we have ever had on a villa holiday! All rooms are clean and have air con which was a god send at bedtime! We had some problems while staying at the villa but Denise the villa manager sorted them out straight away ! There are building works going on a plot of land About 100 meters from the villa but only moderate noise plus the pool and loungers are on the other side of the villa so not that intrusive . Lovely walks along the old coast road down to pebble beaches . Also restaurants in walking distance but you will need a car for supermarkets nearest being Tempo a 5minute drive away . Farina was great all the way through from enquiring about the villa to suggesting hire car / airport pick up company (Cyprus Pines ) and emailing hoping we had a lovely time . Weather was absolutely fantastic mid 30’s all in all we had a great holiday ! Thank you !

Heerlijk huis, jammer dat er aan beide kanten werd gebouwd

Het is een heerlijk huis met alle faciliteiten die je wenst. De airco op de slaapkamer was ook voortreffelijk. Het was alleen jammer dat er 2 weken lang aan beide kanten werd gebouwd, waardoor we veel herrie en stof en minder privacy hadden.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Farina und Denise haben alles perfekt organisiert, auch den Transfer und die Anmietung unseres Mietwagens. Die Villa ist ein Traum in Traumlage mit Traumpool. Der Pool war durch die nächtliche Reinigung der Filteranlage immer sauber. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte und sie ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Es sind genug Liegen für sechs Personen mit guten Auflagen vorhanden. Man kann die Villa auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Great holiday

We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was great, all you needed and more. We had a problem with the A/C, a new unit was required, this was sorted out asap, could not ask for more. Plenty of places to eat nearby but not really within walking distance, a car is recommended, we used Cyprus Pines, good service & price. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to use it again. And the pool is great

Beautiful Villa with stunning sea views

Wonderful villa overlooking the sea to the front & mountains at the back. The communication with the host was fantastic, Farina couldn't be more helpful or easy to deal with. She also helped us organise our hire car and transfers. Thank you. We had a welcome pack of bread, eggs & milk for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Also basics like washing powder, coffee, salt & pepper were left for us which was useful & appreciated. There's a big water dispenser in the kitchen for drinking water, you just need to leave a bottle for the next guests, these are only a few £'s to purchase at the local supermarkets. There's a well stocked supermarket each way off the main road, a 5-10min drive. Take the empty with you. There is also a decent bar that sells food & drink and another restaurant about 10mins walk down the road. A lady called Denise met us on our 2nd day to tell us all about the villa & surrounding areas, what to see & do. Her knowledge was fantastic, she takes care of the villa & she helped us out when we had a small issue of the pool going green, this was sorted out quickly & easily the following day. The Villa is clean, bright & spacious with air con & mozzie gates at all the doors & windows. The pool is just amazing, not over looked and a great size, 4 adults bobbed about happily without bumping into each other. The water pump was quite loud and came on throughout the night so I would recommend taking ear plugs. There is a top terrace off the upstairs bedroom where we relaxed and got the last of the evening sunshine. There's a seating area to the front of the villa which was the perfect spot for watching the sun set over the sea, just sublime. The villa felt like home, it's a very relaxing and beautiful location. I've travelled a lot and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Farina for sharing your beautiful villa.

Great villa, great location

If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet location, a villa that's clean, spacious and equipped with everything you're likely to need, and a place that's within walking distance of one or two bars and restaurants then this is the place for you. My family thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay making it very easy to recommend to others. Farina was great to deal with throughout the whole process and responded to queries very quickly. A minor issue at the villa was also sorted out promptly, helped by Denise who is based close to the villa and is just a phone call or email away. Cyprus Pines were also good and I'd recommend using them for your transfer and car hire, as long as you're comfortable with a bit of a 'manana' attitude with regard to responding to emails. If we were looking to visit the same area in the future, we'd have absolutely no hesitation in using Farina's villa again.

This villa is really special, it is in a wonderful setting overlooking the sea. Just perfect!

This villa experience is everything it says on the tin and more. Farina the owner was an absolute delight, she efficiently dealt with all our booking arrangements and was extremely helpful with everything. The villa is superb, its light and airy with a lovely breeze coming in from the sea. It is beautifully maintained and has everything you want for a memorable holiday. Denise met us shortly after our arrival to introduce herself and help us settle in. She was able to give us so much information about places to go and where to eat in the area she was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Farina for letting us share your fabulous villa, we really didn't want to leave and saying goodbye to Denise was like leaving an old friend. We would love to come back again soon. Sharon

Fantastic Villa in a lovely peaceful location.

Really enjoyed our break in Morlais 1 great location if your after a quiet and relaxing holiday. Lovely sea views and the sunsets are amazing. The Villa is even better than the pictures show, the aircon works brilliantly, water cooler was a nice touch, the wifi was a bit hit and miss but that's Northern Cyprus for you. Farina the owner was extremely helpful with useful advice and the booking process was flawless. Farina recommended Cyprus Pines for transfers and the car hire they too were fantastic with no problems. Overall great Villa in a brilliant location would highly recommend!

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick

Wir waren eine Woche im März in der Villa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist geräumig mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Master-Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Bad, Terrasse und herrlichem Meerblick ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es noch zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. DIe Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, mit denen man auch heizen kann, was wir an kühlen Abenden auch genutzt haben. Es gibt eine sonnige Terrasse, einen großen Pool und auch eine schattige Veranda, die im Hochsommer sicher angenehm ist. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen Villengebiet, aber sie liegt in der ersten Reihe am Meer, so dass man einen unverbauten Meerblick hat. Hinter der Villa grenzt direkt das nächste Grundstück an, aber es ist mit einer Oleander-Hecke abgepflanzt, so dass man ausreichend von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt war. Die Küste ist eine Steilküste, so dass man von der Villa nicht direkt an den Strand kommt, aber Bademöglichkeiten im Meer sind relativ nah. Es gibt einen recht guten Tempo-Supermarkt ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Nur für frischen Fisch muss man nach Girne fahren. In der Gegend gibt es aber auch mehrere Restaurants. Die Lage auf der Insel ist perfekt. Man braucht ein Auto, aber mit dem Auto sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in etwa einer Stunde erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin, Farina, hat uns im Buchungsprozess und vor der Anreise jede Unterstützung angeboten. Vor Ort hat uns Denise, eine britische Lady, betreut. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

A spacious 3 bedroom villa in a quiet location with a lovely view

In common with most modern villas in North Cyprus, it is part of a wider development, but this house is on the corner and therefore has a field on one side and a gorgeous uninterrupted view out over the sea to the front. The villas behind and to the side are relatively well screened with a line of trees and a significant change in levels respectively, so there is better privacy than one might normally get. It is blissfully quiet, along way from the main road, but with relatively quick access up to it. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms - a double and a twin on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and the great view to the front and a large roof terrace to the side. All the rooms are generously sized, so you get a lot of space. Outside a covered area wraps around the side and front, which provides a nice place to eat outside and would provide some much needed shade in the summer. The pool is pretty large (sorry - I did not measure it) with sufficient space around it to sunbath, albeit we were off exploring most of the time. If you want to be in the centre of the action, this Villa is not for you, but perfect for those wanting some peace and well located with much of the 'pan-handle', Farmagusta and Girne all within an hours drive (the end of the pan-handle is much further though if you want to go all the way down). Closer to home, the sea immediately to the front of the villa is not accessible, but some lovely smooth projecting rocks within walking distance (or a very short drive) to the east are fun place to swim and we saw a small stony beach to the west. There are also plenty of attractive coves and beaches to explore within a short drive in both directions. The owner Farina could not have been more helpful or straightforward. Home from Home (But With Added Sunshine!)

Lovely place to spend a little time relaxing on the warm fragrant coast of north Cyprus. My wife and I enjoyed every minute and with a selection of bars and restaurants nearby, and within easy reach of worthwhile places to visit, the villa provides a perfect base for exploring the quieter north of the island.
