Excellent location
Condominium was fine but kitchen utensils were of sub-standard and supplies were very inadequate when you are spending more than 4 nights and 6 people in 3 BR with kids. Kitchen needs upgrading.

Perfect Family Getaway
The condo was great for my family of 5. It was spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. Management team was prompt and responsive to our communications. We were in walking distance to some our favorite spots, Sunset Grille, Rita's, the Pier, and Island Donuts. The community is quiet and well maintained.

Good location.... a little worn
The property itself was just fine. It was clean by worn. It could use some new paint and updated furnishings. The one thing that wasnt good was the interaction with the property management. They didnt respond to emails/texts and after several phone calls, they finally responded....it took a month of trying. The property is in a good location. They had to close the pool for two days due to chemical imbalance, which was a pain.

Excellent location for swimming and sightseeing for our family group. Pool was great and never crowded. Condo was well appointed, large and clean.

St. Augustine Beach
Seaside at Anastasia is a beautiful well maintained complex directly across the street from the beach. Plenty to do in walking distance and close drives to other attractions. Our unit was very spacious and decorated nicely. The king bed has seen better days and if there is one criticism I have it's that they need a new mattress and bedding. Other than that it was very nice and I would recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Condo in Excellent Location with Management Hassels
We rented a three bedroom condo in this complex for a spring break trip. The condo was well maintained, well furnished and appropriate for our mult-generational family of five. It would sleep 6 comfortably. It is located in an excellent location and is about one block from the St. John Pier park and the beach, it is couple of miles from the Alligator Farm, and is adjacent to Anastasia state Park. The condo is in a gated community and has a nice pool and large pond with a walking path around it. We found the management to be unresponsive. Upon arrival, we found two parking passes were missing. The condo has one assigned space, but a pass is required for additional cars. Fortunately, our son has a handicapped permit and was able to parks in that space with a note explaining the situation. We reported the missing passes and a day later were informed that the passes would be delivered the next day, which they were. I also reported that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. The service person who delivered the passes looked at the ice maker and determined that water was not flowing. He said he would report the issue. The icemaker was not fixed during our one week stay and is probably still not working. One afternoon, we returned and found our parking space occupied. I called management, but my call was never returned. I eventually confronted the person parked in our space who told me that he had been assigned multiple spaces including ours. Sometime during the week, the management send me an email with a new main gate code. I don't usually check email on trip, but did this one time. Otherwise we would have been locked out of the condo complex. In any case the gate was frequently open. They clearly have had multiple problems with the gates. For most of the week the condo complex's trash receptacles were overflowing with trash bags lying on the ground. They finally picked up the trash on Friday. If you rent in this complex, be prepared to deal with various maintenance and access issues.
