You`re also minutes from local dining, shopping, bars, and fun coastal activities. The historic charm of Downtown St. Augustine is just a quick 10-minute drive away.

The primary bedroom features a private en suite with a large walk-in shower, while the additional guest rooms share a modern bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, a full laundry room & a half bath are located in the hallway to make your stay as effortless as it is relaxing.

No smoking in or anywhere on the property.

Primary renter must be present on all bookings. Minimum Age for primary renter is 25 years of age.

No pets.

No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
