Rocky Top Water Front Villa

Watch the spectacular sunrise over Bottle Creek from the expansive east-facing deck. Right from the garden path, take a swim or a short kayak paddle to a world-class bone-fishing flat!

Enjoy the peace, privacy, and quiet of North Caicos. We’re a five-minute drive to Middle Caicos and Dragon Cay Resort (and beach), 20 minutes to Whitby and Sandy Point (beaches), 30 minutes to Bambara Beach (with tasty smoothies and drinks), and 40 minutes to the end of the road – Wild Cow Run. You will find world-class bone fishing, secluded beaches, hiking, and caves to explore on your tranquil vacation. Come for the quiet and enjoy our comfortable home with breathtaking views. Note that the nightlife is negligible on these minimally-developed beautiful islands, though great food can be found at local restaurants.

Take a spectacular half-hour ferry ride to North Caicos, grab your pre-reserved rented car, and drive 20-30 minutes (on the LEFT!) to let your tranquility begin.

We will provide recommendations on guides for local fishing, boat trips and rental of cars, snorkeling gear, and kayaks.

Beautiful Home with view of the island

Beautiful home, excellent view, very quiet and clean. The yard has lots of fruit trees. Home was exactly as advertise. My family and I love this place and will definitely rent this house again.

Awesome House on North Caicos (Bottle Creek)

Perfect home for two couples or a family in a great location to explore North & Middle Caicos. Beautiful view on Bottle Creek with access to all the gorgeous beaches on North & Middle Caicos. All amenities are supplied in this very clean and comfortable home. Adventurous couples and families should definitely consider staying at Rocky Top Villa! There are great locally owned restaurants accessible and the kitchen has all appliances to create great meals at home. A car is required to get around but there’s plenty to do and see on the Twin islands. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

Rocky Top Villa Rocks!

Rocky Top Villa is tranquil, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views from the deck are phenomenal and a wonderful way to start and end the day. The night sky will please any stargazer. The location on Bottle Creek is well-situated to explore the beaches and natural beauty of North and Middle Caicos.We enjoyed snorkeling just off Wild Cow Run with a local guide, exploring Pumpkin Bluff and Indian Cave, learning about early inhabitants, and hanging out with the bats in the Conch Bar Cave system. Sandy Point and Bambarra beaches are great swimming spots. We took in the beauty of Dragon Cay after a satisfying lunch at Mudjin Grill (we liked it so much we went back!). The relatively new Cilantros restaurant was tasty and Chef Neil came by and sought our feedback and talked with us about his vision for future menu offerings.Patti and Bob and their property manager are gracious, helpful hosts. And Bob's beautiful watercolor paintings adorn some of the walls! All in all, RTV is a great place to stay, relax and unwind, and explore the islands and the ocean.
