Our brand-new top-floor balcony has breathtaking views of the ocean & intercoastal waterway. Watch boats go by as you soak up the sun & relax in this inviting, comfortable space.
Full sunlight from morning until late afternoon allows for sitting on the balcony and enjoying all of the warmth and privacy southeast Florida has to offer.
The kitchen has all the basics such as a two-burner electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The mini fridge does not have a freezer. but there is an Ice machine on the 4th floor.
Living room with 65-inch smart TV and large bedroom with a work desk and large TV.
The dining table fits 4.
The balcony faces northeast with views of the canal and ocean. The unit is located on the 14th floor.
