The Apartment:
This is a well lit and airy finished garden apartment which is part of a larger home (also available for rent). Rent the whole house (VRBO ID: 3333198 Artopia) or just the apartment. There are stairs descending to the private entrance that also leads to the private patio space. This apartment has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom with a stand up shower, and two private bedrooms. The primary bedroom has queen bed and the second bedroom has a Full bed.

New PlatStation 5 added to the living room TV! Two controllers and `COD` game included to play while at the home :)

Parking:
There is one dedicated garage parking spot (garage door openers are available upon request), and one parking spot in front of the garage. Any additional cars can use the free street parking parallel to the driveway.

We also host a studio apartment across the street (VRBO ID: 1407884 Tranquility).

Guest has a private entrance following the stairs down the side of the house. The private entrance is attached to a private patio with a couch and dining table.

Quiet and safe. If you love nature, this neighborhood is for you. Deer, many birds. Lots of dog walkers too.

Home is located near a small neighborhood pond with no fences. No swimming for people or pets allowed.

-Please pick up after your pets.
-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests.
