Horribly Experience

One hour before I was to arrive in Winston Salem. I finally contacted the host about how to get in the house, to which he replied a pipe burst I canceled your reservation and refunded your money. I was horrified because it was graduation weekend, and I had no place for my family, who just drove 13 hours from Wisconsin to stay! VRBO put us up in a horrifying hotel that had bugs and stains everywhere including the towels and bedding, along with the floor and furniture. They only put us up for one night, and we were screwed for the other two nights, so our graduation trip was a nightmare!
