Stay in our newly renovated one bedroom apartment with stunning ocean views. The apartment features a spacious layout with a separate living room, dining area, and brand new kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and plush linens. You'll also have access to a balcony with breathtaking views. Across the street from the beach and boardwalk, and near the Faena, Fountainbleau, and other famous hotels. Plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. We can't wait to host you!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is the perfect destination for those looking to experience the best of Miami Beach. Located in the heart of the city, we are just minutes from South Beach and across the street from the beach and boardwalk. We are also next to the Faena and Edition Hotels, and just a short walk from the famous Fountainbleau Hotel.

You'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, including the Lincoln Road Mall, numerous restaurants, clubs, and a movie theater. For your convenience, there is a convenience store and Starbucks just two blocks away.

But that's not all – we are also located across the causeway from Wynwood and the Miami Design District, two vibrant areas known for their art and culture. Whether you want to relax on the beach or explore the city, our neighborhood has something for everyone.

Getting Around:
Getting around in our neighborhood is a breeze, thanks to the numerous transportation options right outside our building. The free Miami Beach shuttle runs frequently and can take you to popular destinations around the city. If you prefer to explore on your own, you'll find city bikes available for rent right outside the building. And when you need a quick ride, there's a taxi stand just steps away. With so many options, you'll have no problem getting around and experiencing all that Miami Beach has to offer.

Extended stay

I stayed for roughly 2 months and the property was great easy access and they were able to accommodate parking for a fee. Ocean views are great, older appliances and doors and windows but overall great stay in a great location.

Miami stay

Building is dated but clean. The Apt promised was listed as “NEW spectacular” which had a water pipe issue so they put us higher with a better ocean view and a second bathroom which was nice but the apartment was dated as well. All and all they were fabulously accommodating and nice. This building is on Collins Ave and traffic is noisy. Truly a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment was large enough, location very good (with sea view), furnishings in order (incl. beach chairs). The windows are a bit older, therefore a bit noisy due to traffic and storms. But for a week and the price everything was great.

We did not get the apartment we booked. The apartment we booked was lovely. The apartment we ended up with was rundown and sub par. I would not recommend that anyone rent from this owner.

We didn’t get the place we signed up for

A few days before we were set to go on vacation we were informed that we were moved apartments to one half the size yet at the same price. Super shady and very frustrating but it was too late to cancel our vacation. We love Miami and the beach but won’t be staying here again.

Location was Excellent

Our flight was super early on Saturday morning. I did inquire about leaving our luggage in the office so we can go to the beach however I missed the detail that the office is only available on Monday through Friday not Saturday and Sunday. After chatting with management however they were so kind as to let us enter, without additional early check-in fee and luckily the room was ready. Apartment was as advertised, easy access to beach across the street and the balcony had amazing views of the ocean. the only minor detail I would suggest is to include hair Conditioner We were at the beach every day and not having conditioner would have been a major challenge especially for my granddaughter’s long hair to her waist.Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
