ONE block to the beach, boardwalk, Convention Hall, and the Stone Pony. 3 blocks to bustling downtown and Cookman Avenue full of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Apartment is pristine and up to date refinished, light hardwood floors, updated kitchen, brand new on-trend fixtures, central A/C. Onsite laundry, bike rack in back of building. Street parking. UNIT WILL BE FURNISHED
