A remarkably well-equipped kitchen, beach gear, games and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to settle in and enjoy the space.

Playa Ocotal is a peaceful beach community tucked into a sheltered cove just south of Playas del Coco. Known for its beautiful beach, calm waters and relaxed atmosphere, Ocotal offers a quieter alternative to Coco while keeping restaurants, groceries, shops and activities within easy reach. Villa Ocotal Oasis is approximately a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the beach, with Father Rooster's beachfront restaurant also nearby.

Playas del Coco is about 10 minutes away by car, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and a wide range of ocean excursions, including scuba diving, sport fishing and sailing. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately 40 minutes away. The location also makes a convenient base for exploring Guanacaste, with waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, wildlife and other day-trip destinations within reach.

Guests have access to the entire home including a single-car garage. The property is completely private and exclusively for guests.

Villa Ocotal Oasis is a spacious private retreat surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, with the feeling of a secluded jungle compound despite being just minutes from Playa Ocotal. The home offers more than 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned interior space, plus over 1,000 additional square feet of covered terraces and outdoor living areas. At the center is a dramatic great room with soaring ceilings, oversized windows, a glass-walled spiral staircase, comfortable seating and dining for eight. A six-person game table, Smart TV, Bose sound system, games, puzzles, yoga mats and free weights give everyone plenty to do when you're not in the pool or at the beach.

The kitchen is literally at the heart of the home and is exceptionally well equipped for guests who enjoy cooking. Full-size appliances, generous counter space, quality cookware and serving pieces are joined by extras including an espresso maker, coffee maker and grinder, blender, toaster, electric griddle, Instant Pot and filtered water. The kitchen also opens directly to the covered veranda and pool area, making it easy to move between cooking, dining and relaxing outdoors.

Outside, the private infinity pool overlooks the Pacific and surrounding jungle, while multiple covered verandas provide shaded spaces for lounging, dining and taking in the views. The home also comes equipped with beach and pool gear, including chairs, towels, coolers, snorkeling equipment, floats, noodles, a wheeled beach cart and a Bluetooth speaker. Four ensuite bedrooms, individual A/C in every bedroom, high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make Villa Ocotal Oasis equally comfortable for a family vacation, a getaway with friends or an extended stay.

Golf carts are NOT permitted as transportation from this villa.
