Summary:
The 7th and top floor of The Maddox, a historic Boutique Hotel. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located suite. TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, The Gulch, and 2nd & Broadway are all within walking distance. Pool table, games and a liquor store! We have got you covered. Perfect for bachelorette & bachelor parties, birthdays, group trips, or corporate retreats. There is a Taste of NY Pizza shop on 1st floor and locally owned coffee shops across the street.

The Space:
Brand new 4,000 sq feet unit with 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths (1 of the bathrooms is in the Penthouse). This suite has the most unique Penthouse downtown and a 1,500 sq ft of rooftop deck.. We have a full kitchen, a refrigerator and freezer, an ice maker, a dishwasher, an air fryer, a crock pot, a waffle maker, and toasters.

Guest Access:
This suite is the entire 7th floor including a Penthouse and 1,500 sq foot rooftop deck. You and your guests will have sole access to the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, game room, Penthouse and Rooftop Deck. Your code will open the exterior building doors as well as your suite. There is a liquor store in the building, as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located to all things amazing in downtown Nashville. Walking distance to The Gulch, TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, 2nd & Broadway area, plus many of the fantastic restaurants that Nashville has to offer.

Getting Around:
If you have a car, there are 3 paid parking lots within 1/2 block of our building. Motorized scooters and bicycles are also available. You can always take a LYFT, Uber or taxi to locations too far to walk or if the weather is bad. If it is nice outside, Nashville is a great city to walk around in.

Other Things to Note:
My name is Sherry, and I will be your host at The Maddox, I am available 24/7 via your booking app. We can interact as much or as little as you would like. This is your party!! There is no onsite parking. We do however have 3 paid parking lots within 1/2 block of us. There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance.
