Just what the doctor ordered with rest and relaxation. Caught the perfect sunset off the balcony on camera. Weather cooperated well. It was our first family beach vacation and it did not disappoint. Would book again in a blink!

We were six adults,three couples, we had plenty of room and privacy if we wanted. Cooking facilities were good. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious family friendly

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Very spacious for our group of 7 (5 adults 2kids). The multiple pool access was nice and the kids loved the large resort pool.

Breathtaking View!!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. We couldn't get over the floor to ceiling views from all the rooms and the proximity to the beach. 9 ppl in our group and we had plenty of room for everyone. Our beds were comfy and tvs in every room.

Great Vacation Experience!

We had a great family vacation! Warren Beach Rentals was great to work with from beginning to end. They communicated through out the entire stay. The unit was exactly what we saw online and expected. We will definitely use Warren Beach Rentals in the future.

The condo was gorgeous! Check in and check out was seamless. We needed a replacement parking placard during our stay and one was hand delivered to our unit quickly. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Beach birthday celebration

Family gathering for a 50th birthday and it was everything we expected and more! The location was perfect and the condo was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The only complaint was the patio door that was supposed to be fixed while there but still very difficult to open and close. Otherwise, great rental. We loved the beach!!!

Beautiful Balcony with Million Dollar View!

The property management company was very accommodating, communication was great, and we had a great first visit to PCB. The condo was recently renovated and had everything we needed to start off our long Labor Day Weekend getaway. The view was AMAZING, and the location was PERFECT. Parking was plentiful and elevators were fast (we were on the 7th floor). This getaway was a group of life-long friends, but it would be perfect for families as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!

What a pleasure to work with Warren rentals. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and have rented from many agencies but we will be repeat customers. The condo was gorgeous! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. The convenience of check in and the flexibility of the overall experience was amazing. Absolutely perfect!

We have rented many vrbo condos on the beaches over the years. This one is one of the best ever. You can see the beach and ocean from every room. Beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views of the beach. Absolutely wonderful condo. There was only two of us but this 3 bedroom condo would be great for couples or a large family. Plenty of room and amenities. We had the best time!!! Make sure you check out Pineapple Willys just down the beach. Great staff and great food! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Area was great! Love the beach! Few items 1. Patio. - no light out there. We love to play cards at night. 2. Sliding door - tracks so dirty could hardly shut took two of us. 3.should do something pillows outside mold on back of them. Kitchen was great! Couple items needed fixed. Maintenance very prompt. Fan very rusted in patio felt may fall.

This time of year we cannot have the lights on on the patio due to it being turtle nesting season. A minor inconvenience, but a 3 star is a bit dramatic don’t you think. Sorry you couldn’t play cards out side on the deck. The 300 lb hurricane proof sliding glass doors have to have lubrication in the tracks, and yes, they appear dirty, but physics are what they are. Thanks you for finding things to complain about. #firstworldproblems SMH

Beaching🏖️

Saw this condo on VRBO and immediately wanted to book it. Condo is spot on as it is in pics. Had never stayed at Long Beach. Easy booking, check in and out. We had 3 families staying together to bring our granddaughter on her first beach trip, spacious. Elevators fast, beach and ocean were awesome. A little hiccup with sliding door, reported the day of arrival, was told maintenance would check it out, never was notified if they came to look at it, still wasn’t fixed at departure. Didn’t like that we couldn’t control thermostat, bedrooms especially were too warm. But all in all, I would rebook again. Happy Beaching🏖️🏖️🏖️

Beautiful Beach

The condo was fabulous. Communication was outstanding with info about local area. The cleanliness of the Long Beach pool and hot tub was horrible. First night cockroaches running into hot tub while we were trying to relax in the tub. Could not scare away. Spent hot tub time killing cockroaches! Swimming pool with waterfall had a dead mouse in the pool. After two days we used net and removed mouse from pool and set on electrical box.

Amazing vacation even in a hurricane!

Not the sunny vacation we planned, but this property, the condo and the management team at Warren beach rentals made it an amazing trip! The layout of the condo was fantastic! 3 masters ( one with two queens) and all have private baths and beach views with balcony access from each bedroom! The wet bar has storage for all of your cooled beverages and a huge bonus is the ice maker! So much room in the living room and much different from the shotgun style condos we were used to staying in. Full laundry room with large washer and dryer meant I came home with all clean clothes (might as well in the hurricane). The property was so easy to be at. Great location close to our favorite hangout pineapple Willie’s. Easy parking, elevators work great and each of the four towers has its own small pool and hot tub with the larger moon one in the middle complete with a bar/restaurant and larger hot tub and huge circle pool with small islands. Coming back to this one!

Love Long Beach

We have stayed at Long Beach 3 years in onya row. This unit was the best one! Very clean and nicely decorated. The laundry area had plenty of room for storing our beach wagon, chairs and toys. The beds were comfortable. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and squeeky. Only 1 extra blanket. The coffee maker could be newer. Couldnt make coffee without grounds on it. Other than those 3 minor things it was amazing. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Great views and close to shopping.our family is growing so we will need more bedrooms, but 100% recommend this unit.

Need new cleaning staff

Check-in was very simple and easy. We had NO issues with door code, beach access code or WiFi code. We were unable to open the curtains in the room with the double queen beds. (When you expect to have beach views in every room it was very disappointing to have to deal with. (We were never informed of this issue.) Not to mention while trying to pull back the curtain it has huge stains (unsure of what it is) all over the backside and it’s unappealing. In the kitchen, the majority of all utensils were caked and crusted in food along with the oven mitts. When moving small appliances over to make room we found dried coffee spills and crumbs of food. Needless to say, we ended up washing all utensils we wanted to use with select pots and pans. (At this point I’m thinking why do we pay a cleaning/service fee of $629.00 when nothing has been done.) The bar stools need to be replaced as well. The stools are unstable and my husband went to sit down and a nail/screw poked his rear-end. In the living room area we went to sit down and come to find the couch is dingy(soiled-dirty-spotted). On the plus side the outside view is gorgeous! During the rest of the stay we put up a fight with the sliding balcony door. If you go back to previous reviews this was supposed to be fixed on October 31, 2023. It obviously was not dealt with. The rusted fan outside would be better served as light fixture. Ultimately we had a good time but I would be embarrassed by the upkeep if it was my property.
