Small Home in the City of Alexandria!

This beautiful well kept smaller home guests love for its location and easy access. The home is located 5 blocks off Main Street of downtown Alexandria, Minnesota. The home has two bedrooms - one bedroom has a full size bed, and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The two bedrooms have 43" flat screen televisions. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, blue tooth FM radio, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential basic needs for cooking. The home receives excellent natural light from all directions, and the windows have blinds to provide privacy desired. Added features of the home include a clothes washer and drier, as well as High speed internet.
There is room for trailers and extra off street parking available.

Family Reunion Stay

We were in Alexandria for a Cousin-Palooza family reunion. This VRBO was the perfect place for us. It provided us with a nice, clean getaway from the hustle and bustle of the reunion and yet it was close to everything that we needed. And it is so close to some of the beautiful parts of Alexandria such as Noonan's Park. It was perfect for us!

Fishing Trip

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here in the last three years. It’s close to everything you need and always clean and well kept up. The host David is always easy to deal with.

Perfect little place to crash. We had activities in the Alexandria area and fit our needs well. The place was extremely clean and modern in side. If we needed a place to place our heads again, we would definitely see if the place is available

Enjoyed this small home. Was just 6 blocks from main street for shopping and there is a nice park. Worked for our group. Cute, clean, nice bedroom setup. My only awareness comment is that there is not a full dining table, we ended up eating in the chair and 2 person sofa. Worked well for conversation and small crafts, but not ideal for playing board games. Host was awesome to work with.

Great little house

Great location that was easy to find and close to everything in town. It felt like a safe neighborhood and was pretty quiet too. It's a small house, but cozy and adequate for what we needed. Would stay again!

Beautiful Tiny Home in Quiet Neighborhood

From pulling into the drive to walking in the front door, this property is amazing! You will feel right at home! Close to all the shopping and sites that Alexandria has to offer! The host has made sure everything you need is there! Great communication and accommodations! We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for us

I was coming to Alexandria for an ice fishing trip and needed a place where I had a place to park a truck with a trailer, plus a second car, and enough room to house 6 people. This place checked all the boxes. Not only that, but it was also the most affordable place too.

Immaculate Little House

We have stayed in a number of places before and this was the cleanest place of them all. David was so accommodating to us too when we had some hiccups on our end. We loved our stay in this little house right in the heart of Alexandria!

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this lovely little home for a family wedding in Alexandria. It was super clean, easy to communicate with the owners, and quiet! Also a great neighborhood. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Girlfriend getaway

Perfect for family get away

We stayed here for a short get away with our family of 4. Having a separate bedroom for the kids was great. Smart TVs in both bedrooms was appreciated. We got a lot of snow during our stay, owner was good about snow removal. Kitchen was small but adequate for making some simple meals. A few things that would be useful additions to the kitchen equipment: a set of measuring cups, a bigger pot, and a colander. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here if we travel to the area again. More space and less expensive than a hotel room!

Bowling Tournament Weekend

This house was perfect for our women's getaway. It was clean, comfortable, adequately supplied with kitchen utensils and bathroom towels. The location of the house enabled us to get to the various activities we attended quickly, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. One suggestion would be to have a slightly larger kitchen table for guests to eat at or play games. If we stay in the Alexandria area in the future, we will definitely book this house again. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Cozy Home

This was the perfect little home for our stay in Alex. David was great to work with, he had left us a pack and play and high chair for our baby with was very thoughtful and handy. He also came and shoveled the sidewalk when it snowed which was very much appreciated. House is clean, the temperature does vary throughout the house but it did not affect us and our stay was still comfortable.

Making memories

The location was my favorite! Right in town. Went to Copper Trail, played cards & watched some live music! The house is small but super cute & comfy. Quiet neighborhood, parking was easy peasy! This was the perfect little home for a weekend away with my daughter's young family of four. It was clean and organized, easy to get to, and had the basic amenities we needed. Hello. I'm reasonably new to hosting and learning along the way. I designed the listed home, clean, and manage. I learned cleaning is a big job - no kidding! Mainly, I want to provide a comfortable and clean environment for guests, as well as create a platform of people who want to return.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This property is centrally located in the center of Alexandria. Downtown and Main Street are just blocks away. Lakes, accesses, and beaches are close by. Grocery stores, shopping and dining are many to choose from. The home itself has been recently renovated and therefore is extremely clean. High-speed internet, outfitted kitchen, washer and dryer, are just a few of the amenities included.

The Small Home in the City is within one block from Noonan Park, a wooded area with a playhouse, playground, meant for picnicking, with flower beds and a duck pond that also serves for ice skating and hockey during the winter.
