Cute, clean cabin. Great communication with the host. Incredible lakeside view from cabin with the dock just steps from the front door! Will stay again if our travels lead us to Alexandria! Thank you!
Very nice, cute, clean cabin. We were there for our daughter’s wedding so basically just needed a place to sleep for 3 nights. So as far as the kitchen we only used the coffee pot and refrigerator!:) it is right on the lake and very quiet area. The host checked in with us the afternoon we arrived to see if we needed anything. The cabin is not red it is more of a dark blue/gray. The water is super hard but other than that it was a great stay! Would stay there again and recommend it to others!
Clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. We enjoyed two nights in the cabin. It's right on the waterfront. We ate breakfast on the porch and watched the sunrise both mornings. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen well equipped.
Cabin was very clean; host was friendly and accommodating. There was a clogged sink and he came over and took care of it and also brought extra blankets. The showers need to be updated and a few more amenities would be helpful in the kitchen. We talked with the host about it and he was very receptive. I would probably stay there again.

Hi Jean, it was pleasure hosting you and your friend. We appreciate your feedback. we are updating both the bathrooms and showers this year.
Loved being on the lake! Family of ducks kept us entertained. Brand new dock right out our front door. Everything was clean. Very reasonable and comfortable. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating to our needs. This property is close to town, and not far from the waterpark and brewery/winery. A great time was had by all 4 generations! ❤️

Thank you! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the lake, the ducks, and our cabin. Happy to hear everything was comfortable and convenient for all family.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property.
It was clean and ready for us to settle in.
There were plenty of bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc.
The beds were comfortable and there were good amenities.
Kitchen was well stocked. I'd recommend adding a cheese grater and measuring spoons though. :)
There is a loft with 4 beds and a couple of couches. Great place for kids to hang.
We loved the enclosed porch that faced the lake.
Thanks! We'll be back!

Beds
The king size bed was very uncomfortable. No hand soap in the bathroom and the towels hadn’t even been washed, they still had the tags on from the store.
The house smelled old and musty.
