Gorgeous chalet. Completely updated, wonderfully serene and extremely comfortable. Tons of outdoor space. Hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful views of slopes. Silent at night with high-end beds and bedding so you can rest and recharge. Perfect for spring and summer activities as well. 1 minute from Holiday Valley and the slopes, ropes and links. We have been renting vacation homes in Ellicottville for 10 years and recently acquired this property which is a new listing for us. We have over 60 five star reviews at our Ellicottville properties. The house was clean and exactly as described. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Great access to the Tannenbaum and Yodeler Lodges at Holiday Valley. House was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay!

Slopes were 1 minute away. Place was immaculate. 3 levels, can spread out, spacious. Bunk bed room was cool. Communication with property manger was top notch and on-going. Very accommodating, had snacks ready and made the check in process cozy. Will stay here every time coming to HV if available.

Summer holiday getaway

Our family enjoyed our annual summer holiday getaway at your home. Location was beautiful and neighborhood is safe and very close to Holiday Valley. We enjoyed golfing and swimming and the BPO on the hill. Aaron was very nice and responded quickly to any of questions. Thank you!

Ski Weekend

We booked this property for a ski weekend with two families. The property was great and we really enjoyed it. There was lots of space for everyone and the first floor level was a perfect spot for the kids. The host was absolutely excellent and great at communicating anything that may be needed. We would definitely like to return to this property.

Magical long ski weekend

Brought my husband to my beloved Ellicottville for the first time and he is a non skier who enjoyed walking through town and working from this beautiful ski chalet, while me and my bestie skied with the teenagers. The place is amazing and owners are very attentive! Highly recommend! Hope to be back next year!

Ski trip

Love this Property and the location to the ski lift we access. This is such a cozy and perfect fit for anyone looking to enjoy some family time. The setting on the hill with views of the slopes is tremendous. We have rented here several times. The host is very good and prompt to handle any question. Overall this is a great property!

Ladies Fall Getaway!

Bachelorette Weekend

Aaron’s place was such a beautiful and comfortable stay for a dozen ladies to relax, unwind, cook, eat, and celebrate in! There was plenty of room for everyone to have a restful sleep and accommodating for the ladies to entertain, as well as relax at the fire and in the hot tub! Aaron checked in with us to see if we needed anything and made it very easy to check in and out. I highly recommend this beautiful home to family and friends to enjoy and make memories in!

Ski Trip

We Enjoyed staying at this property for several days while skiing at Holiday Valley. Exceptional location just minutes from slopes with amazing views of slopes of front deck and beautiful forest scene off the back deck. Kids enjoyed staying in basement and loved the hot tub in the back. Would highly recommend for other families.

Long weekend family ski get away

We had a wonderful time with our three children for a long weekend to ski and enjoy the town! The property was as advertised online, very clean and comfortable for everyone. We had plenty of room for our family, but would also be great for 2 families given layout of house / bedrooms. This is the fifth year we have been coming to ski and this was the best property all around from location to amenities it offered. Aaron was a great host during the check in/out process and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He was very polite and responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Winter Skis Stay

You won't be disappointed with this property. It was an ideal location to the lifts, and downtown. Aaron was a great communicator and very helpful, and promptly got back to us which was great! The lower area gave us the ability to not feel like we were all cramped into one big room. Well done on making if fell like a cozy cabin. It was a treat!

Thanksgiving get away

This house was beautiful. It had everything we could have wanted for a Thanksgiving get away . Loved the hot tub and how close it was to downtown. Aaron was great checking in on us . Would have loved to ski had there been snow but we had an amazing time . Lots of room , very clean and well taken care of home . Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked . Tons of living space to spread out . Outdoor deck amazing . Loved it , will be back for sure !!

Wonderful Stay!

Aaron was a great host who was so communicative at making sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and laid out wonderfully for our large group. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need to make a big meal, and there wasn't a thing that was missing in this house. We really enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub and the fire pit. A lot of thought and care has obviously been put into making this a great vacation home. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful House! Cozy and Great Location!

This was our first time in Ellicottville, and this house did not disappoint. Aaron was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating and reached out multiple times to check in with us. The house was clean and decorated nicely, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Towels for the hot tub were included, which was so nice. The house is so close to the slopes that you would be able to see people skiing (although we were there before the slopes opened). It was a three-minute drive downtown, which was also so convenient. My only note for those looking to rent this house is that there is a really cute spiral staircase to the loft/upstairs two bedrooms. It is winding and narrow. It was fine for us to go up and down, but I would worry about older people who might not do well with the stairs. There is a much wider staircase outside up to the second floor, but I would imagine that might also be difficult to navigate in the winter. Hands down, though, this is a place to rent for a very cozy and fun getaway! Thanks so much, Aaron for sharing your house with us! We will definitely be back and I have already shared it with all of my friends!

Gorgeous, comfortable, tranquil and 1 minute from the slopes. All of the necessary amenities to keep you comfortable and relaxed. 2-3 minute drive to town.

Hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and tons of outdoor space with amazing furniture and grill. Toasty in the wintertime and nice and cool in the Summer.
