Just Like Grandma's House, All Grown Up!

Lovingly referred to as Virginia's House because Virginia lived there for 50 years before we purchased this 1870's house and completely redid the interior with modern amenities. Located in a quiet residential area, it shares a back yard with the owner, offering complete privacy with assistance only a few yards away. Seasonally, pick fresh berries for your breakfast, relax in the beautiful gardens or fire up the grill on the back porch.

First floor features lg living room with comphy sofa & smart TV, lg dining room with table to seat 8, fully equipped kitchen, office space, laundry and half bath. The three bedrooms have 2 singles, 1 queen, and 1 full size beds, Ok to bring sleeping bags for the kids if you need extra space. Lg front porch, smaller back porch, grill and friendly neighbors.

Five minutes from I-80 and I-99. Walking distance to library, courthouse, playgrounds, park, world class fly fishing, restaurants, and outfitter. 15 minutes to Penn State or 1 of 9 state parks within the county. Visit HappyValley.com for lots of info about what to see and do.

Great old place!

A charming eclectic mix of decor in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to downtown. A perfect home away from home just like we needed for our short stay. Very responsive to messages and accommodated our needs.
