About this property

🌲 Our Cabin Is Ready When You’re Ready🌲

Simple things are the greatest gifts.

The beautiful cottage is located on an acre of private land just minutes away from lake Delavan and 10 miles from Lake Geneva. Our inviting little hideaway is the perfect place for your family to call home while you enjoy the surrounding area and take part in the numerous recreational activities.

Newly renovated inside , a quaint 1450 square feet that includes all the comforts of home. Featuring a full bath, new hot tub, stone stacked fireplace and much more. Bedrooms are bright and cozy , tastefully decorated with hand crafted log furniture and accessories, the master suite has a queen size bed and guest bedroom has full size. There are 2 sofa sleepers upstairs in the loft area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all other kitchen tools needed for your stay. There is plenty of room on the deck to dine outside, or sit back for an evening cocktail. Sit back and watch a movie, play a game with the family, or read a book. We have stocked the house with family friendly movies, games, books and activities that our family enjoys together and we hope you will as well.

We feel it is the little things that matter when you are on vacation and we have tried to cover all the bases. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room, wireless internet, linens for all beds and sofa sleepers, backyard garden and fire pit, large deck, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen including coffee, sugar, and most condiments/spices, bath towels, hair dryer... if you think you need it, we probably have it! In addition, the grocery store is located just 3 min away at the end of our street.

There is plenty to do in the area no matter your age, interests or time of the year. Enjoy numerous restaurants and bars, hiking at Lake Geneva Shore Path, golf like a professional at Lake Lawn Golf Course or miniature golf at Paradise Golf Park in Lake Geneva, take a wine tour in Staller Estate Winery or travel to ''House On The Rock'' in Spring Green ,WI . There are so many wonderful ways to spend your time and we hope you will spend it with us!

This is a cozy, spacious cabin located a block from Delavan Lake. The interior is nicely decorated and has a well-appointed kitchen. It was the perfect choice for our getaway with some old friends. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

This property was very easy to find, relaxing, and the perfect size for 4 adults and 1 dog. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and if we come back again we’ll definitely want to try the sand volleyball court that’s on the property as well! Another plus, it’s only a 20 minute drive to Lake Geneva and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away!

The property is great--we've stayed there before and always found it relaxing, comfortable, and cat-friendly. The only downside this time was the neighbors who kept shooting off loud fireworks late at night while we were trying to sleep.

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was convenient to Walmart and lots of restaurants. we and our two cats had a great time relaxing each night after attending EGG Con Game Convention in Lake Geneva. Would definitely stay again!

Great Cabin and Best Host

Stayed here over Christmas and the cabin was perfect. Decorated beautifully and a well stocked kitchen. It was nice having a functioning fireplace and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The best part was the owner, who was very kind and made sure our stay was great. We would come back here at the earliest opportunity!

A Cozy Retreat

Nice cabin near the lake with picturesque views. Large windows bring in lots of morning light in the dining area. Cozy stone fireplace, nice granite countertops and sunset views from the loft and bedrooms. Loved the Bluetooth speakers to listen to my music. Downtown Delevan is quaint.

Nice Place for Quick Get Away

The host was very helpful in getting the new hot tub going in time for our stay and had great communication in lettings us know what was going on with the whole process. Everything was comfortable and well stocked with fresh towels and soaps. Location was quiet and private, just what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Great Place with Lots to do

We were in Delavan for an extended family weekend so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property since most of our group was down the road. But it has everything: sand V-Ball, horseshoes, bags, great deck with hot tub where you can sit and watch the deer wander by. And the owners were great. We will definitely try to stay again the next time we have a family gathering up there.

Wonderful winter get away

We were up here for a friend's weekend. There are tons of little Wisconsin bars/restaraunts within walking distance. Cool ice baseball event was happening on the lake. The hot tub is very nice and relaxing. Ute winter cabin decor throughout the place. The upstairs loft is spacious and ideal for a group of kids to hang out. We had a great time!

Great cabin near lake!

We had a great 3 night stay at this home. Had 6 people staying and it slept our group just fine. It was spacious and had a lot of outdoor space as well. Full sand volleyball court, lots of DVDs and board games. Hot tub was good, deck space available as well, and we used the fire pit every evening. Kitchen could have been more organized, but I know it is a rental!! Owners were available and helpful as needed. We rented kayaks at Lake Delavan and swam at the beach on Lake Geneva.

Overall, I really enjoyed the place. They provide a lot more than listed. They have so many board games, lots of pots and a baking pan, and so many holiday decorations. I did wish that it was slightly cleaner, for example we did find an old vape pen and most of the ingredients in their pantry were expired; some of the pillows also smelled strange. We loved the outdoor hot tub and appreciated the small details like locked gates on either side of the balcony. We did also wish for better lighting, because we went during winter, it got dark quickly and the lighting in the house was too dark making us too tired. As much as we loved the second floor, the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable and for the individuals sleeping there, barely got any sleep. Overall we appreciated all of the amenities provided and definitely hope to come back again.

Sweet little cabin!

We were so delighted with the cozy little house all decorated for Christmas for our fun weekend with our family and friends. The hot tub was a great perk! The beds were comfy and the fireplace was so warm. We really enjoyed ourselves all weekend long. A great little escape!
