Come evening, fire up the charcoal grill for a barbecue followed by relaxation on one of the several decks. When you're not outdoors, venture into Guntersville, known as Alabama's Lake City!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I are both disc golfers and just wanted a fun weekend away and Kudzu Cove was perfect for it! The cabin we stayed in was the perfect size and so cozy. We loved the Kudzu Cove course; it was super fun and was nice to be able to stay so close to the property. If you want a cozy weekend getaway - I highly recommend the Kudzu Cove cabins!

Enjoyed the lovely cabin out in the woods with fishing ponds and walking trails, beautiful property. Yet near enough to historic towns with food shopping and quaint shops.

Fishing Getaway

The cabin was very clean and organized. It was spacious and had everything I needed to enjoy some time in the Guntersville area. I utilized the private ponds onsite when the bite was tough on Guntersville lake and had a number of photo worthy catches that were returned for the next guests. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back again.

I enjoyed the BEST BED of any vacation home I have ever stayed in. Kitchen well equipped only problem was the internet was out about half the time i was there. Did not have that problem last time I was in this house.

The stay was a great get away for our Anniversary. However the picture with this cabin shows the pond with the gazebo but upon arrival we see it's not. Also no directions on how to get to the other 2 pond. Did enjoy the catfish and brim pond.

Our stay was great!! And loved the outdoors. My husband could not find the 3 ponds that were listed. There was a note on frig about the ponds, he could not find but one. Also someone had left the dryer full of sheets, towels and etc. I do have a suggestion for the hospitality of this place. Have some coffee samples, and salt and pepper, in the kitchen. We came and it would have been nice to have just some different coffees. Only half a roll of paper towels. And a nice throw on the couch, the weather for rainy off and on. The lamp would not work in the bedroom, I like to read in the bed. Just making it more of a comfort, home feeling. but we loved the place, thought it was beautiful. Thank you.

Our stay was just what we needed. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. My son caught lots of fish at the catch and release pond that he could walk to. It was close to everything in town and the lake as well.

We were very happy with our weekend getaway! The property was even better than the pictures. Very clean. Connie was responsive and check in was smooth. No issues at all. I don't think the TV in the bedroom worked (it didn't bother us at all and we didn't mention it) and we couldn't change the volume on the TV in the living room (again not a big deal). All in all everything was perfect! It's a beautiful home. Isolated, but close to the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little Cabin

Went here on a fishing trip with a friend. Very clean nice little cabin! Very close to several boat ramps and plenty of bank fishing access close by too! Loved having the updated appliances, lots of places I’ve stayed put the cheapest things they can find in the rentals. This one was nice. Will stay here again!

Beautiful house and location!! House had plenty of room for us, and plenty of space to turn around and park our boat. Fished on lake guntersville and had everything you needed with a 10 to 15 min drive to town. Went and explored some surrounding towns, excellent house and location!

It was a nice weekend get away. The cabin was clean and away from the busy city. The ponds were not well stocked, unfortunately. My husband and 10 year old fished for hours and only caught one fish.

Not worth the price

I never want to be “that guy” with the long winded review but I was very unhappy with this experience. There was nothing hospitable about this home, It was very similar to a stay at an Intown Suites but less accommodating and more expensive. It is a lake town so most guest are there for that. There was nothing for a beach, not even towels. We were a group of 6 and that is exactly how many towels were there. So I had to wash our bathing/lake towels as soon as we got back, stand next to the dryer because it only ran in 5 min. increments, just to clean up from a day at the lake. The wifi never worked. The morning of check-out, we got up at 6am to be out by 10am. I set the kids up on the couch to watch cartoons while I cooked, cleaned and gathered our belongings..the cable was off. Inaccessible. At 6am! Barely anything for cooking and nothing as far as spices. I purchased salt and pepper to cook with, which I left for the next guests, of course. I truly could go on but I really rather forget this experience. We travel A LOT and stay at the B&B’s/cabins for the personal touch and warm welcome we always receive. This time we would have been better off at Holiday Inn:(

We provide towels for the number of guests in our cabin; generally, this is just a weekend rental. Beach towels are not provided, and we will need to note that for guests. We will review salt and pepper and ensure that the cabin has those basics, but due to health reasons, we have limited the number of items remaining in the cabin
