Enjoy the elegance and spunk of the 1920’s in the Leo Palmer house. Built nearly 100 years ago, the house has had many updates, but unique features like the built-in ironing board and original flooring stand the test of time.

Located in Cedar’s Historic District, the Shakespeare Festival, SUU, and Downtown Cedar City are only a few minutes stroll away.

5 Bedrooms fit 3 Queen, 1 full, and 2 twin beds. Cast iron tub, updated kitchen, even a coal chute to remember how things used to be done.
