Gorgeous 8-Bedroom Mansion with Private Pool in Cedar City

Stunning 8-bedroom, 9 bathroom, 8200-sq ft mansion in Cedar City. Come relax in our private pool, let the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy our movie theater room that seats 25, a pool table, ping pong table in the basement, and take a bike ride on the bike trail right behind the home. The home has 8 TVs equipped with Roku! We allow up to 30 guests.

The swimming pool is open 5/1 - 9/30. The hot tub is available year round.

We are just 5-10 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, and 35 minutes from Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour to Zion National Park. Come take advantage of our beautiful home in an incredible location!

Super fun place for a range of ages. We stayed with ages 60-1yrs old. There was so much to do! The movie room was great for family slide shows and the slides inside it were a hit. Comfy beds too.

We had a great time in this home. We look for these key features and this home nailed it: 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, a pool and hot tub, centrally located for our family, and enough space to gather and play games. We especially loved the large theater room for family meeting and games. East to give this property 5 stars.

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for a big group and family friendly. The host was fast to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a large group. Host communication was great! Loved the large spaces. We cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough of what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Surprised at how kid friendly everything was. All of the children loved the large toy closet. The movie room was one of the best we’ve used! We had plenty of space which was a huge plus for our family reunion.

Great place for families

Our family really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The host was great in communicating and meeting our needs before the trip as we prepared for our visit. We, especially the children, enjoyed the fun amenities and special features of the home. We definitely would love to return.

This was our second stay at this great venue for our family reunion. The house and its rooms and facilities are large enough to more than adequately meet our needs. The kitchen is set up well for a large group. We especially love the theatre room, which is perfect for family movies, video games, and family activities like talent shows, show-and-tell, mafia game, etc. We had easy access, easy cleanup and easy check out, and a quick responses to the one question we had for the host while we were there. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfectly located with plenty of space for our group of 24 people. Close to trails and fun outdoor activities. Plenty of beds for us, but the bunk beds are a little small for adult sized children. Our group loved the theatre room and the pool. Very spacious kitchen with everything we needed.

Great family vacation!

Perfect size for our large group. Just wish there were Clorox wipes to help clean a bit more. Make sure to take Pam for the Pans and baggies if you think you will need them. The pool, hot tub, pool table and games downstairs were perfect!!! Fun weekend.

A Perfect Family Getaway

We coudn't have asked for more--spacious bedrooms, lovely and well-stocked bathrooms, a lovely pool, a fun game room and theater. Everything to keep our various age groups entertained. The kitchen is easy to work in, and the air conditioning is great! The site is well-groomed and attractive. Plus, Cedar City is a wonderful place to be!

We loved the pool, the yard and play area in the back. We loved the movie theater room and the pool table, arcades. We had a few problems but the property manager was available and was accommodating. There is a portable high chair and a pack-n-play and a crib. There are two laundry rooms. Our family has a lot of fun. There were also some indoor games and puzzles and swimming pool toys.

Wonderful venue for our family reunion

This home was the perfect place for us to gather for a family reunion for our large family (26 people). We are grateful to have found such a large house where we could all stay together and could be together in the various spaces in the home, including the awesome theater room with stadium seating. Cedar City was also a wonderful home base for us to travel to nearby national parks and monuments. Thank you!

a big place to stay

The home is nice and big. It suited our needs and worked well. Sadly, The pool had a lot of dirt and rocks on the bottom and needed cleaning, which led to fewer of us being willing to enjoy it. The home could use a good deep clean, but overall it is nice.
