The apartment includes a rooftop patio with simplicity, privacy and personal security as its major attraction. One must walk some 10 minutes from the main pier and up many steps to reach the property. The Studio sits atop the main Casa Parota house on the third floor and shares an outside staircase, offering a large rooftop patio and beautiful jungle view of Yelapa Bay and the surrounding mountains. The apartment includes a comfortable Queen Bed with a mosquito net, built-in 4-burner cooktop stove, and a good supply of cooking and dining utensils, along with a small refrigerator. Filtered water is provided, as are bedding and towels. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower. The windows and exterior doors are barred to offer security and comfort throughout your stay. 8 MBPS Yelapa Wifi service is provided. We do not recommend this unit for children. From the house you can walk to Isabel Beach in about 10-minutes; about the same to the main village, where grocery stores and several restaurants are located. The walk to the main Yelapa Beach requires about a 20 minute trek. There are 4-wheeler motorized taxis available to haul you from the village to the large beach or up to the Yelapa Waterfall.
