Monthly minimum rental. Gated resort community of Fiddler's Creek south of Naples and just off of Marco Island. Home is a second floor 3br, 2100sq.ft. condo that overlooks the pool from the lanai. Just walk out the side entry door and be at the pool. Resort features clubhouse with waterfall pool, tennis, pickle ball, golf, spa services, and two restaurants. Requires three-month winter lease or longer. Available by the month in other seasons for minimum 30-day lease from first of month to last day of month. HOA must approve leases. Fabulous landscaping, spacious resort with all of the luxury services.
