This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom + den/office villa offers nearly 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, a private heated saltwater pool and spa, outdoor fire pit, and a fully enclosed lanai — creating a peaceful setting ideal for extended winter stays (28-night minimum).

The open-concept layout provides generous space to relax and entertain. The well-stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the expansive living and dining areas, while large sliders open to your private outdoor oasis.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary suite with King bed and en-suite bath
• Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds
• Den with fold-out sofa and dedicated office workspace
• Sleeps up to 8 guests

Both bathrooms feature dual sinks and soaking tubs, offering comfort and functionality for longer stays.

Additional features include a two-car garage, full laundry room with utility sink, and ample storage for seasonal guests.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Excessive cleaning may result in extra cleaning charge
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100 required advance application fee paid direct to HOA. A $25 membership fee paid upon arrival to obtain access to amenities in lieu of resort fee
Pool max 82F; spa max 100F. $450 monthly heating allowance included; excess usage billed at actual cost.
Utilities included up to max indicated above. Leaving lanai door open will raise the bill. Overages are billed at cost supported by documentation.

Paradise Fun

Esplanade by the Island is a new community and is exceptionally beautiful, well maintained and the people living there were so friendly. The villa was fanastic. It is decorated with the Florida theme, the host ensuring every room was comfortable and charming. The kitchen is well stocked for making any type of meal. As for going to the beach or pool, all necessary items are there for your use. We definitely plan to visit again!
