Quaint cottage near Ball Hospital and Ball College

Our home is located in a quiet area not far from local restaurants and shopping. Looking for coffee just walk to the local Dunkin or Starbucks for your morning cup of jo. The greenway is close by for a fun day exploring. Restaurants are within walking distance to. Plus the campus and hospital are just down the road. We offer Wifi and Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom. This is such an adorable place you will never want to leave.

The unit was clean and comfy, quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to shopping and restaurants. (Dunkin Donuts a block away has great breakfast sandwiches!). Will stay again next time we're in Muncie.

Instructions to the property, for parking, and to enter the property were clear and concise. Appreciated the neighborhood and convenient location. Property was very clean, well prepared for guests and arrival. We really enjoyed the cozy living room space, great couch, and all streaming options that we needed. Host provided plenty of blankets, pillows, extra linens etcMost appreciated, however, was actually the hosts ability to fully stock the kitchen with dishes, utensils, and cookware which gave us the options to eat out or in and made doing either or equally easy.

Great stay for my daughter’s BSU orientation!

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days to attend her freshman orientation at BSU. The house was adorable and super clean. Couch and beds were comfy! It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. I will definitely book again and recommend to others if they need a place in Muncie.

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Everything was exactly as seen in the photos and she even had snacks in a basket for us. We will definitely stay here again next time we come :)

The property was great and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for the few days we were in town. I sent Mary a question while we were there, and she responded very quickly.
